Just so you guys know, if i ever decide on adding the SSG, it *will* replace the Chaingun. No randomizer business, no "wow, two cakes!", that's just how it'll happen. Also, it would probably slower and have more recoil, since the Shotgun already deals as much damage as it does.

I'm just happy to give people something nice to watch, though I do have to admit it's always a bit sad to hear someone can't do something they enjoyed due to an injury. You probably don't know him, but TimeOfDeath (a long-time mapper) has a channel here on TH-cam where he uploads clips of him playing through every WAD submitted to the idgames archive in chronological order. Sadly, he has called it off due to issues with his wrists and I felt quite bad for him. The least I can do is hope your injury doesn't impact your life too much, I haven't been there myself but I know enough people who have. It can't be easy.
Since the chaingun spawns in place of the SSG, it feels like the shotgun never runs out of ammo lol. Not exactly an issue tho, the shotty feels pretty good
I seriously doubt any of that's happening. It's supposed to be a simple arsenal with *unused* content, not add whatever's new to the Nightdive re-release.

I like it, but I wish the super shotgun and extra animation would've replaced the auto rifle to make it a perfect replacement for the lineup. Still I like it 👌🏻

I had that exact reload animation for the pistol in mind when I saw the unused sprites.
I think that's pretty much the only animation you could use them for, haha.

It's built into the mod itself, but I think you can just copy the SBARINFO and muck about with it until it suits your needs.

There's no SSG so I appreciate it being stronger. It also kills cacos in 4 shots, which is great for Doom 1 WADs.
