It might be a lot cheaper but it's not what you need for these projects. 4. My clay cracks, how do you cover the cracks? You don't, you change your air dry clay to a paper clay! See why at the previous question 5. How to waterproof my paper clay creations? I recommend using a yacht varnish. This is great Creative Mom. I was wondering how strong? Or fragile this is. I've been making paperclay from egg cartons and glue and was considering trying with it, thinking the fiber may be stronger. Cool design!
+madge Thanks. I guess you could do that but you would need a lot of clay considering the thickness. I don't think it would have the same strength because you would only press the clay perpendicular to the ball. I don't know :) Try and let me know :))

I don't think so, because the balloon will explode when sticking a needle in it, probably chattering the clay, a ball loses air gradually.
