    After following this channel, I believed that I was 100% cured. However, this summer I had a small relapse. At first the sensations alarmed me, but then I remembered all that I had learned on this channel. I now realize that significant, repressed emotions are the main driver for me. Once I recognize that and deal with those emotions, the symptoms fade away in a matter of a few days. I am so grateful to the Doctor and her dedication to helping everyone with neural circuit dizziness!!!!

      Exactly! It doesn’t become a chronic symptom anymore! Just annoying temporary sensations, like a tension headache.

    Thanks a lot for all your work!!! You are a blessing!!! I ' ve been suffering for chronic dizziness for years with long breaks but relapses also . I consider myself as healed and recovered thanks to you! My story is very similar to Nicole 's in the duration and the amount of things I ve done to try to recover. Meeting dr Yonit's videos changed everything. Combining behaviour therapy, self vrt, going out of the fear mode and practicing yoga and meditation, not listening to doctors in France, never giving up, addressing the real problem : fear and emotions all this changed everything in a few months.
    I used to think that boxing and cardio training were the best to express myself but yoga and listening to my needs changed everything in my healing journey. I would be delighted to share it in a success story because after years of dizziness my life is back and better than ever!!! When the symptoms Come back and they do, they never stay because I Can identify them and do a yoga session to lower the pression and the negative emotions. It hasn't been dealt with yet in the success stories but for me Dr Yo and Yoga changed my life!! ❤

    Thank you for your common sense insight. My dizziness actually started after a personal check was stolen in the mail and used to draw funds. I convinced myself I would be a lifetime victim of identity theft and then my nervous system went into hyperdrive. High blood pressure, rapid heart rate, and dizziness were fueled by my anxiety and a bad break cost me my life. Unresolved danger mode is the real deal.

    I still get the occasional symptoms, during tiredness or times of worry/stress but these do pass.

    I have had this now for over a year. Not sure if mine is Pppd or Mdds, as I know the symptoms can be similar.
    I have the rocking ,swaying the pulling. But I can drive my car I fine travelling on a train.. Unfortunately the anxiety that has come with it has me stuck. Some days are better than suddenly I just have it constantly all day.. Fine when I lay down just slightly off.
    Wake in the morning and if my eyes feel a bit jumpy my anxiety starts for the day.. so hoping this will go with trying to keep the anxiety at bay.
    Very informative video.

    I am a retired pediatrician, and struggled with an accurate diagnosis to be made. It took 4 years and multiple doctor visits. I 7Agree with all Dr. Y says and feel there needs to be more optimism in its discussion after a reasonable diagnosis has been made with the clinician, and then with the specialist. I have had problems for more than 2 years, but now with Nortryptaline on board and with the help of Dr.Y hope to get well and stop as many medicines I can. RR.

    Has anyone reached a point where symptoms go away and suddenly you don’t know what to do? It’s like when the symptoms go away there’s anxiety because there is “supposed” to be something wrong with me. Once my body doesn’t have sensations it’s like my brain doesn’t know how to experience feeling normal again.

    • @nomorepiggybacking
      @nomorepiggybacking 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      This is a pretty common thing. I’ve heard it discussed more in the OCD/Anxiety communities. It’s just another layer of “what if” or “what now” hyper-vigilance. The best tool would be to acknowledge it, accept it, and move towards a values based activity in the moment. Try not to get stuck on it being a new problem, as it’s really the same kind of stress just packaged up as a “new problem”to fix. Hope that is helpful. 😊

      Cervical dizziness comes from chronic tension, and chronic tension is due to an emotional issue and the emotional issue is summarized in anxiety and anxiety goes hand in hand with neural circuit dizziness. In the end everything is due to a sensitized nervous system.
