Is it just me or does she really giving proper answers??
They're just filming these clips over & over until they get it right...
My guess is, when they are filming those videos all the buttons are fitting the situation. So if the outcome of a video should be to praise mom, then all buttons are praising answers. Same goes for when it's time to make dad look bad.
Don't get me wrong, there are some pets out there who really trained a lot with their holders and seem to be able to grasp expressing a few things, depending on what they want to say.
But this video of this dog, although she is very active, sassy, playful and expressive, doesn't proof anything about her being able to understand what she is doing. For the dog it's probably just a game of pressing a random button, getting praised, pets and having playtime.
It's edited, but there are channels where you can see (what I believe is) unedited footage. There are no real conversations, of course, but it is very obvious the pet ( a cat, in this case) knows which button means what, and presses them deliberately.

Judging by the variety of phrases on the buttons, I'd say the video is edited.

I actually just bought the started pack of 4 buttons to teach my 7mo old puppy Olaf ❤ He’s eventually going to be my service dog once he’s a little older… I hope he takes to the buttons as easily as Sapphie did ❤

This dog is adorable! I always wondered what my late Chihuahua would say if she could talk. Seeing these buttons that never existed when Montana was alive, now I know. She’d get the last word again. The way this dog behaves was exactly how my girl was. It was like watching my late girl except a different breed. It’s eerie yet comforting as I’ve been missing her lately. She passed five years ago of old age.

She is AWESOME! I love her plus she is so smart that she knows what buttons to touch. I loved it when her dad was to teach her math she completely touched a "no" and walked away. I would strongly recommend to all to get your dogs a companion-someone they can really relate to and keep company to/with when your away. My dogs play rough together all the time & then lay next to each other the very next minute during downtime, run together outside… get bones together…everything & they seem to just adore each other & having a buddy or one of their own to roll with. JMO
My late Chihuahua was the same way. She always had the last word on things. I miss it.

That last button of picking which one, reminded me of a time when my parents tried calling to one of our dogs to see who he would go to, I sat up and took of my headphones to see what was happening. As soon as my feet hit the floor he walked over to me, turned around and backed up between my legs. My mom looked over and said, "He's Michael's dog." I miss him to this day.

We had a golden cocker spaniel and she was the diva and when she was mad at us she would turn her back at us and wouldn't bother us at all depending on how mad she was one time it was a day.
