They are FNAF Vr fixes. The FNAF VR models are low poly and retextured versions of Scott’s, so people just replaced the textures and additional stuff to make them authentic Scott models
Just dawned on me, Scott has never specified how the phantom animatronics play a role in fnaf 2. Are they real or are they like the phantoms in fnaf 3? How do they fit in the lore?
they're just hallucinations, that's why they cant kill you and cause you to panic. makes sense if we're still playing as michael, since he's had to go through fnaf 4, 2 and 1 before this lmao

Maybe they are very close to the original model in appearance but not in texture, although I better not blame them, recreating the original textures is very hard
