Agreed. I wasn't a huge fan of the initial episodes, but these guests have totally changed my understanding of the case (and I've been following and researching it since the early 00s).
Of course, I was aware of the case when it happened, but now I'm ready to take a deep dive into it. Yes, these Zell presentations are helping me to see the big picture, right from the start. I've order the book by Steve Thomas, as the Zells recommend.
These brothers have, in my opinion, given the most comprehensive incite into Jonbenet’s murder. We hear lots of theories, sometimes without motives or rational. Often we are told a really riveting story, but are left asking why or thinking that doesn’t make sense. I have never heard of the poems or church angle before, but even I can follow along AND it makes sense. Great job and thank you❤

I feel this is spot on - a friend of mine grew up in a wealthy community where her dad was a prominent dentist in the 70's & the neighbors of other drs. & prominent professionals would have key parties but in these key parties they would include their children. Whoever's house was hosting the children would be included & my friend and her sisters were exposed to nothing any child should see or have to do. Needless to say, she's in her 50's and after years of trying she had to get on disability because she cannot keep employment. Anyone who has experienced this kind of abuse would see right through the cover-up but unfortunately money talks and this reeks of a similar scenario my friend had to endure as a child.
So, according to Your thought processes - John paid off about 20 police, 3 DAs & assistant DAs from more than one jurisdiction & then Michael Dougherty, multiple seasoned investigators, the best criminal profiler in the country, one of the best homicide investigators in the country, at least one Federal Court Judge, many top forensic & DNA scientists from several labs over a span of 26 years, many expert crime scene techs, top forensic pathologists, now CeCe Moore, JB's paediatrician, FBI agents including those in charge of CODIS, Paula Woodward plus many other investigative journalists, lots of friends & acquaintances including neighbours, work colleagues, at least 2 Secret Service agents, 4 renowned private writing analysts, 3 of The best lie detector experts in the country, both of their pilots, many of their neighbours, plus the innumerable high cost attorneys in charge of multiple litigation cases as well as the first high cost attorneys who took charge of the representations for himself & Patsy & many of the family in relation to a number of reasons & that's just off the top of my head. I was on a vestry of an episcopal church. If the porn/paedo guy had a “studio” at the church then he was on staff most likely. The vestry could very well be biased to cover up such actions by a staffer (or highly placed member/ volunteer). For this person to be paid off means that he had dirt to threaten the church with bad publicity and would hurt the bottom line.

This whole series is so fascinating. I wish you guys would do a summary video of all the key points in these 3 hours. There’s so much info to digest and it gets a little confusing at times. I don’t know how much of this is proven, documented, vetted info. Is some of this opinion, speculation, or theory? Also, could someone have fudged these poems, etc. to try and incriminate the church or gain fame from JonBenet? This is all almost too good to be true. Why the heck is no one else looking into this theory about the sex ring?

For what it's worth, for anyone like me who is listening to this and doesn't already know, its sounds to me like the individual who was living in the basement of the church who was caught with child pornography on his computer was likely Brian Perry, who was the church sexton and custodian who lived in an art studio that he had in the basement of the church. I can't guarantee it was him, but if it's not him that means there was more than one person who had a personal place in the church.

I have found a great many flaws , lies and evidence missed by LE in this case and absolutely NONE of it points to anyone outside of that house. All of it points to one person in that house. The term Foreign Faction ALSO comes from a movie. That movie is Star Trek First Contact released in November of 1996. In the train room of the Ramsey's home hung a Star Trek First Contact poster. After spending hours rereading all of the court transcripts recently I discover that John Ramsey is using the term "borg" several times to Lou Smit during interviews in reference to anyone who thought the Ramseys to be guilty. My jaw just about hit the floor. JR was apparently a big Star Trek fan. This information is available to anyone interested. If we go back to what is referred to as the practice ransom note we then see that the only thing written on what is called the practice ransom note is the header before it was thrown in the trash. The question becomes why would someone throw the practice RN into the garbage with only a header written on it ? The only thing that changed from the header on the practice RN and the real RN was who it was addressed to and who it eliminates. The only reason that header was changed is because it was then addressed to only JR and thus put JR in control and in charge of decision making. It is also the only reason that the line "It is up to you now John" was added to the RN and for the exact same reason. BOTH of these RN entries empower one person and disclude the other person from control and decision making to those imaginary kidnappers requests. I have found a whole lot more as well but I am curious of opinions on how incriminating everyone else finds this to be ?

I would like the full psychiatrists report to be released on Burke. He was a very strange little boy and he is an even stranger man. That boy had some serious issues that were swept under the carpet by the parents. That boy needed to be on medication to stop the crazy things he was doing to he’s sister and he’s little sisters belongings. Did you know that patsy had to buy a glass cabinet especially designed to house valuable dresses and things. All of Jon Bennett’s dresses, and pageant crowns and trophies were kept in this glass cabinet in Jon Bennett’s room so that Burke couldn’t damage or destroy them. He tried to kill Jon Bennett with a golf club once. Patsy and John did not seek any help for this boy in the way of sending him to a good psychiatrist. He needed to be put on stabilising medication to regulate he’s mood. All this would have been avoided if Patsy and John listened to close friends and even the housekeeper that there was something disturbing about Burke.

That was made in Korea as stamped, that place being significant to Glenn Meyer, the organiser & the author of the note. Drug dealers widely used modified stun guns in the 90s called air tasers & photos of those are online or go visit your old boy drug dealers who will tell you all about them. Lots of authentic crime scene photos are online. The brick & the rusty log grabber are in many crime scene photos of the cellar. The black steel baseball bat was put on the half-wall as they ran out the butler's kitchen door, that was down the isolated side part of the house, no window above from there to overlook that area nor down the side of the garage. That glass door is shown open in a crime scene photo, when John & the cops saw it shut & locked earlier. JB was choked more than once with the white nylon cord, tasered more than once with the air taser, tortured on & off with the bondage device for Hours & the end of the paintbrush was used that caused bleeding from her genitals, the tip of that was never found because many deviants keep trophies. The extension cord with the cut off end is shown in crime scene photos, hanging down from the ceiling in the boiler room. This was also used at her genitals & that caused some redness & a bit of swelling inside & done for a purpose. Also inside were a couple of tiny slithers of wood from the paintbrush handle, iridescent paint from the decor on the handle & a bit of green paint used as lubricant. The abrasions at the base of her neck to the right are from the cord being tightened loosened tightened during earlier vile acts. The rust coloured marks at each temple & the two opposite each other on the back of one leg are from the rusty log grabber being used. The 2 burns opposite each other on her lower back along with the burns opposite each on her face & under her ear are from the air taser, the one on her face is bigger because the electrode was placed there more than once. In the enhanced photos, the shapes are very small rectangles. The width apart of both sets of burns, Match. The reason for the use of that close to the brain on the right is about control - inability to walk & poor memory later. JB was strangled to death with the same cord that was left embedded in her neck. Dig marks from her nails in the skin at the front of her neck At the cord because she was fighting for her life when being strangled to death. The two severe fractures of her skull were also pre-planned if the cops were called & the gross damage was carried out for a purpose. One was from the top, front to back & open to nearly the length of the skull. The 2nd was on the top & a hole, the skull piece was split in 2 & inside. It is a Fact that If either of those fractures had occurred Before death, the skull would have been filled with blood, it was Not. JB received a gold necklace & gold cross by 2 of her female relatives that Xmas Day morning & she was wearing that as shown in family photos from that morning. She was not wearing that at the White's Xmas dinner party where she played with their kids for half that night & so, she & Burke had been up since 6 - 6.30 a.m. to about 9 - 9.30 p.m. JB was only 6 years old, she fell into an exhausted sleep when they got in the car to go home, she did Not wake up after that. The position of the necklace just at the bottom of the cord at the front of her neck means that it was held in place by a second perp for x seconds while being strangled. That means she was on her back then. That means that she was looking Up at the persons doing that. The gold cross was at the back of her neck & the double knot tied into the cord at the back of her neck was to make sure of the severe indentation & the severe redness, for a reason. JB was given a lot of water on & off in the early hours as a revival method & that's why there was so much pee staining on both the big underpants & the long-johns, near to the waistbands of both & mostly only on the Front of both, due to earlier vile acts. They got the size 12-14 new underpants from the pack of 7, due to the Wednesday stamped on the waistband, for that reason. If those were put on this child at any other time, they would have fell straight to the floor. The paint tray was placed on the large pee staining at the entry of the boiler room in case someone came looking for her early that morning of the 26th. The pee was soaked through to the underlay. The perfect circle of the cat's head was drawn on the carpet to denote the spot, as shown in crime scene photos & as seen in the cops' walk-thru video footage. The sinister smirk drawn & the sly eyes drawn was for a purpose. The pointy ears drawn on the top was to make sure all noticed the drawing as a cat, as in - fat cat. The drawing on the palm of her right hand with a red marker was their version of a smiley face, slanted down cat's eyes & the chin, as if a smile. They had lots of fun like that, all over the house & wrote & drew on many things. JB did not eat any of that pineapple, big chunks in that big heavy bowl in the leftover icing due to decorating the gingerbread houses at the kids & friends Xmas party on the 23rd. That bowl is in photos of the table with all the other bowls of lollies for decorating. Forensics proved that JB did Not eat any of that pineapple. The contents of her intestinal system & the Timing of all that, proves all the fictional stories of her death started by 2 highly deceitful cops & their books to line their own pockets, were nothing but made up Lies. Linda Arndt also tried to get all rich & famous, as that highly embarrassing interview for national TV showed where she thought she was doing a Clarice but came across as Hannibal Lecter. She was Caught out as a liar & later retracted everything she said. When Patsy was dying, she went to her to personally apologise & told Patsy she would do all she could to help find the killer of their child. Her letter admonishing the BPD for their dirty tactics to cover up their incompetence, is online. She also stated that she knew full well that John & Patsy told the truth, always. Burke was Never a suspect. There were Two white blankets in Fact, for 2 reasons - the background for photos & the thwarting of the body temperature. The pink item was a Dress taken off JB’s life-sized doll that she was given for Xmas 3 years before. That was kept in the corner of her room next to the dresser. They staged that a window in the playroom upstairs, naked. It was always going to be 50/50 if the cops were called, they sure didn’t go to so much trouble & take such high risks for nothing. They wanted that instant cash but the taking of photos was their back-up, as Planned. The Ransom Demand was near to John’s bonus for ’95 & the amount was on his pay slips each month of ‘96, kept in his home office. The suitcase had items that belonged to JA, placed inside for a purpose. That being placed under the twice opened unrepaired window was staging, for 2 purposes. Later to find her version of fame, Wong put out a video for TV which included Fake writing samples as IF Patsy's writing of words & letter ‘samples’ & as IF from the police files with her whiteboard list of Fake letters still being put up as pages on shows, showing two columns of letters & words that are Exactly the same side by side, LOL. Fools. The public have seen Fake writing 'samples'. Cina Wong is still dining out due to those pieces of paper that She wrote on for her failed attempt at fame & fortune & those are still being put up on screens for many fooltube shows & of course, that totally Bogus CBS show used her video too, fake writing on a whiteboard. Just one part of why CBS & each of those con artist 'presenters' plus Kolar, were mightily Sued & CBS had to pay our Mega millions for Their fun & games - the ‘gross misleading of the public’. Steve Thomas had already been mightily sued for his book of BS & lost every cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he made from conning the public also. N.B. The general public need to Comprehend that - NOBODY would try to disguise their Handwriting, by Handwriting a 365 words & numbers Ransom note & use their Own notepad to do that & then tell the cops, detectives, seasoned homicide investigators & everyone else that they found the 3 pages spread out on one of the rungs of the back staircase - and For The Cops, to have just plopped the marker used in the pen cup & put the notepad on the back hall table. Just Ludicrous. The Boulder PD hired 2 private handwriting analysts & they also took the note to the Secret Service for 2 of Their experts, all 4 said Patsy did Not write the note, nor John. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. A few of the letters had the formation Similar to the formation of a few of Patsy’s letters because that’s how it was SET UP To BE. More than one suspect formed letters like in the note, way more than some of Patsys, But That is never mentioned. The print writing was Not the only aspect that told the Real experts that Patsy did Not write that note. Patsy liked to wear red for Xmas & had bought a new red sweater that had baubles on it. She wore that & a pair of black leather pants to the White’s Xmas night dinner party. They were up so early on the 26th because they were to take their plane that their pilot had readied to meet John Andrew, Melinda & her boyfriend at the Minneapolis airport & then all were going to their Charlevoix house for a 2nd Xmas gift-giving. No doubt Patsy wanted to show off her Xmassy sweater again. That morning, she threw that on with the same pants, re-did her make-up & was ready to go when she went down the stairs. She planned on having a bath when they got to their holiday house. That house had everything they needed. John's gifts for him to unwrap when there were part ripped as the perps wanted to see what was inside & then each one was staged in the cellar, as the crime scene photos show. In the Authentic recording of that call, Patsy hanging up the handset on the metal cradle that was at the side of that phone is Clearly heard, CLICK. IF the cops Actually had any Ramseys in the background because Patsy didn’t hang up, the recording would have been played til the End - the operator saying "Patsy, Patsy ..." & y'all would have heard CLICK. Where the Hell is the End of that recording?? CLICK. Under that phone on the wall, was a cupboard. If Patsy had just put the handset down, all would have heard CLUNK - "Patsy, Patsy"....... CLICK. I for one Have heard the Authentic recording of that call - "hurry hurry hurry". CLICK. "Patsy, Patsy"....... operator disconnects. The perps strangled JB to death with the white nylon Cord on top of the dryer in the basement laundry when Patsy was calling 911. There was a phone in that laundry room. It can be seen in the cops' walk-thru video footage. Now, why would they lie about Burke being downstairs? He was Allowed downstairs! And then there’s the Fact that the closeted 9 year old Kid, would have coughed up in a nanosecond that he was there when his mother made that 911 call. Doh. And, he was interviewed that afternoon by detective Patterson at 2 pm when he was still at the Whites, where he had been since 7.15 a.m., with the White’s kids & their adult relatives. Neither of his parents were Present for that police interview nor did they know that was happening. Patterson recorded that interview. The various made up Stories about ‘red’ fibres from Patsy’s sweater, also Not true. One needs to think about the Major Players behind this travesty of justice - Steve Thomas put it all on Patsy, Linda Arndt decided Later that she’d blame John & James Kolar chose Burke - neither of these so-called 'police detectives' had Ever worked a murder case before, but they were all about writing a Book when about to be fired & so, were Ready to cash in another way. Each one put their mugs on National TV, trying for fame & fortune, they Failed at that job also. All 3 are such an Embarrassment for law enforcement around the world & then there’s the Fact that they’re all Proven liars. This most heinous of crimes was very, Very well Planned & 2 of the perps had broken into the house Before & That's why they knew where everything was & exactly all that they were going to do. Main aim foremost - implicate all Ramseys plus the housekeeper, who they knew had a key. Two got in the house through what was 2 doors, that the Ramsey's called the kitchen door, by that grate, when the family left for the White's party at about 4.30 p.m. And both separately, were actually Seen on the property. The cellar door that 3 cops down the basement at different times early that morning, had Failed to pull open. Nobody ever talks about the Fact that the cops never went through the train room door & so, Never Knew about the opened window at the other end of that co-joined room. Doh. The BPD went to great lengths to make sure Nobody found that out. The BPD had a Lot to hide from the media & so the public & Still. No guilty person, let alone Two, goes on national TV over & over again to be questioned over & over again. The DNA from both perps, several places on JB's person, one is hispanic. The saliva from one that was mixed in with one of the 2 spots of JB's blood in the big underpants, has been in CODIS since 2003. The Ramseys were proven Innocent with a mountain of Actual evidence in that house a long time before the official & Very public letter of exoneration in 2008. Further DNA analysis with Advanced forensics in 2016, reiterated that. Ignorant members of the public need to Realise how many Others, including known pedos who were Cleared, due to the DNA only. In 2023, a cold case team were put together & they have the go-ahead to have the DNA from both perps reanalysed with the advanced technology & can also obtain untested items from the BPD for the same. The FBI are involved in this investigation, finally. This team were Not put together to go after the Proven INNOCENT Ramseys. The false & misleading information on the TV programs from back in the day plus through the years & now all the same repeated on these fooltube videos, shows that the crucifying of these people will never end & the comment sections prove that a whole country Loves to hate on these Victims. Often we are told a really riveting story, but are left asking why or thinking that doesn’t make sense. I feel this is spot on - a friend of mine grew up in a wealthy community where her dad was a prominent dentist in the 70's & the neighbors of other drs. & prominent professionals would have key parties but in these key parties they would include their children. Whoever's house was hosting the children would be included & my friend and her sisters were exposed to nothing any child should see or have to do. Needless to say, she's in her 50's and after years of trying she had to get on disability because she cannot keep employment. Anyone who has experienced this kind of abuse would see right through the cover-up but unfortunately money talks and this reeks of a similar scenario my friend had to endure as a child.
So, according to Your thought processes - John paid off about 20 police, 3 DAs & assistant DAs from more than one jurisdiction & then Michael Dougherty, multiple seasoned investigators, the best criminal profiler in the country, one of the best homicide investigators in the country, at least one Federal Court Judge, many top forensic & DNA scientists from several labs over a span of 26 years, many expert crime scene techs, top forensic pathologists, now CeCe Moore, JB's paediatrician, FBI agents including those in charge of CODIS, Paula Woodward plus many other investigative journalists, lots of friends & acquaintances including neighbours, work colleagues, at least 2 Secret Service agents, 4 renowned private writing analysts, 3 of The best lie detector experts in the country, both of their pilots, many of their neighbours, plus the innumerable high cost attorneys in charge of multiple litigation cases as well as the first high cost attorneys who took charge of the representations for himself & Patsy & many of the family in relation to a number of reasons & that's just off the top of my head. Burke was interviewed again 10 days later by a police child service's officer, that took Hours. No lawyer or parents were with him & his parents had Allowed that interview to take place. The public have seen a few snippets of that interview, from shows on utube, the 'bits' that suit the agenda of the channels. Same in relation to the interview with a detective when Burke was 11. That went on over 2 days, no lawyer nor his parents were with him & again, his parents Allowed that interview to take place.
Then, the poor Kid received a Subpoena to appear before the grand jury & off he went to do that Also, neither parent present & NO Lawyer there Either.
N.B. - that was a black & white photo at the bottom of the page, Nobody could tell what the hell that was. Burke tried very hard to work out what he was supposed to see, eventually he said about a glass. That idiot detective kept saying pineapple, pineapple, pineapple. LOL. Burke thought that what was in the bowl may have been cereal because it looked like muck, in that photo. All items on that table were Staged by the perps, as were Lots of items all over the house. There were 18 Chunks of pineapple in that bowl. There were more than one 18s within this crime. Meyer's lucky number was 18. That bowl had the leftover icing from the kids & friends Xmas party on the 23rd, the bowl was with other bowls & containers on the table that had the lollies for the decorating of the gingerbread houses. In photos from that party, the bowl can be seen. Patsy bought a large bag of icing. That big heavy bowl was kept in a top cupboard in the kitchen. From whatever tabloid, book or utube show, people now say that pineapple & milk was Burke & JB's favourite. LOL. It was Not. Forensic science Proved that JB did Not eat Any of that pineapple. BTW - pineapple is Acidic, it would Curdle friggin Milk.
They had all been up since 6 - 6.30 a.m. that Xmas Day morning & the kids played all day & with friends that afternoon & then again for half the night at the White's Xmas dinner party til about 9 p.m. JB fell into an Exhausted sleep when they got in the car to go home, making 2 stops on the way to drop off presents. JB was only 6 years old, she Did NOT Wake Up After That.
Burke did Not say on the Dr Phil interview that he ‘woke up & went downstairs’ to play with a toy. He walked in the door & went straight to his multi-storey car garage that he was given for Xmas. His father went downstairs, helped him put that together for 15-20 minutes then took him up to his room & helped him get ready for bed. The kids Never went downstairs on their own at night.
Burke had just turned 7 when he Accidentally hit JB with a toy golf club from a Backswing, it clocked her on the top of the cheekbone, he cried about it for a week. Nothing Else. The ever changing faeces Stories are Not true.
He was Asked what he thought happened to his little sister in that interview 10 days later. He was friends with the White’s kids & the Stine’s kids who obviously were Not told the Details about all that happened to their little friend. As Kids, just like adults, they Speculate & they Overhear adults talking.
The announcement through the media at the time was the True cause of death, Asphyxiation. The family were later told there was damage to the child’s skull. Both gross & Separate fractures were just After her death. As per, the hierarchy within the police do Not release all information, even to their own cops. The Fact is that the 1st fracture was Open front to back & nearly the length of the skull, the 2nd was a hole, the skull piece being split in 2 & inside. This total BS about a ‘bonk on the head’ grew legs because of Steve Thomas & his loon book of BS, that’s Why he was sued & then James Kolar did one better & said Burke did the head bonk. Thomas the twit was about to be fired for his despicable scenario & Kolar the clown Was fired for his rot with the added on BS coming from Jim Clemente in 2016 & so that farcical CBS show.
One needs to Think about WHY that police Evidence of the 911 recording was put on a TV programme After the Ramsey’s book was released & they had appeared on the Larry King show in March 2000 where they spoke publicly about some of the cops’ failings. And, Thomas said Burke Only. The cops refused to let the Ramseys hear that recording. John & Patsy were So upset, they went on national TV & told the World what they had just been accused of & challenged the cops to cough-up with the tape. All went quiet. Please note, all this was After the grand jury hearing that took 13 months & where Burke was again questioned for a long time by the Special Prosecutor this time, Michael Kane. Next thing, a TV Show has the recording, Words are put on screen & suddenly it's supposedly All 3 Ramseys in the background.

I was on a vestry of an episcopal church. If the porn/paedo guy had a “studio” at the church then he was on staff most likely. I would like the full psychiatrists report to be released on Burke. He was a very strange little boy and he is an even stranger man. That boy had some serious issues that were swept under the carpet by the parents. That boy needed to be on medication to stop the crazy things he was doing to he’s sister and he’s little sisters belongings. Did you know that patsy had to buy a glass cabinet especially designed to house valuable dresses and things. All of Jon Bennett’s dresses, and pageant crowns and trophies were kept in this glass cabinet in Jon Bennett’s room so that Burke couldn’t damage or destroy them. He tried to kill Jon Bennett with a golf club once. Patsy and John did not seek any help for this boy in the way of sending him to a good psychiatrist. He needed to be put on stabilising medication to regulate he’s mood. All this would have been avoided if Patsy and John listened to close friends and even the housekeeper that there was something disturbing about Burke.

Also online, the photo of the X-ray of her skull, plus the photo of that complex made bondage device - white nylon cord with the whittled, broken & cut paintbrush, into 3 pieces. That was made in Korea as stamped, that place being significant to Glenn Meyer, the organiser & the author of the note. There was no need to whittle that for the purpose used, except to implicate Burke. Drug dealers widely used modified stun guns in the 90s called air tasers & photos of those are online or go visit your old boy drug dealers who will tell you all about them. Lots of authentic crime scene photos are online. The brick & the rusty log grabber are in many crime scene photos of the cellar. The black steel baseball bat was put on the half-wall as they ran out the butler's kitchen door, that was down the isolated side part of the house, no window above from there to overlook that area nor down the side of the garage. That glass door is shown open in a crime scene photo, when John & the cops saw it shut & locked earlier.
JB was choked more than once with the white nylon cord, tasered more than once with the air taser, tortured on & off with the bondage device for Hours & the end of the paintbrush was used that caused bleeding from her genitals, the tip of that was never found because many deviants keep trophies. The extension cord with the cut off end is shown in crime scene photos, hanging down from the ceiling in the boiler room. This was also used at her genitals & that caused some redness & a bit of swelling inside & done for a purpose. Also inside were a couple of tiny slithers of wood from the paintbrush handle, iridescent paint from the decor on the handle & a bit of green paint used as lubricant. The abrasions at the base of her neck to the right are from the cord being tightened loosened tightened during earlier vile acts. The rust coloured marks at each temple & the two opposite each other on the back of one leg are from the rusty log grabber being used. The 2 burns opposite each other on her lower back along with the burns opposite each on her face & under her ear are from the air taser, the one on her face is bigger because the electrode was placed there more than once. In the enhanced photos, the shapes are very small rectangles. The width apart of both sets of burns, Match. The reason for the use of that close to the brain on the right is about control - inability to walk & poor memory later. JB was strangled to death with the same cord that was left embedded in her neck. Dig marks from her nails in the skin at the front of her neck At the cord because she was fighting for her life when being strangled to death. The two severe fractures of her skull were also pre-planned if the cops were called & the gross damage was carried out for a purpose. One was from the top, front to back & open to nearly the length of the skull. The 2nd was on the top & a hole, the skull piece was split in 2 & inside. It is a Fact that If either of those fractures had occurred Before death, the skull would have been filled with blood, it was Not. JB received a gold necklace & gold cross by 2 of her female relatives that Xmas Day morning & she was wearing that as shown in family photos from that morning. She was not wearing that at the White's Xmas dinner party where she played with their kids for half that night & so, she & Burke had been up since 6 - 6.30 a.m. to about 9 - 9.30 p.m. JB was only 6 years old, she fell into an exhausted sleep when they got in the car to go home, she did Not wake up after that. The position of the necklace just at the bottom of the cord at the front of her neck means that it was held in place by a second perp for x seconds while being strangled. That means she was on her back then. That means that she was looking Up at the persons doing that. The gold cross was at the back of her neck & the double knot tied into the cord at the back of her neck was to make sure of the severe indentation & the severe redness, for a reason. JB was given a lot of water on & off in the early hours as a revival method & that's why there was so much pee staining on both the big underpants & the long-johns, near to the waistbands of both & mostly only on the Front of both, due to earlier vile acts. They got the size 12-14 new underpants from the pack of 7, due to the Wednesday stamped on the waistband, for that reason. If those were put on this child at any other time, they would have fell straight to the floor. The paint tray was placed on the large pee staining at the entry of the boiler room in case someone came looking for her early that morning of the 26th. The pee was soaked through to the underlay. The perfect circle of the cat's head was drawn on the carpet to denote the spot, as shown in crime scene photos & as seen in the cops' walk-thru video footage. The drawing on the palm of her right hand with a red marker was their version of a smiley face, slanted down cat's eyes & the chin, as if a smile. They had lots of fun like that, all over the house & wrote & drew on many things. JB did not eat any of that pineapple, big chunks in that big heavy bowl in the leftover icing due to decorating the gingerbread houses at the kids & friends Xmas party on the 23rd. That bowl is in photos of the table with all the other bowls of lollies for decorating. Forensics proved that JB did Not eat any of that pineapple. The Denver DA's assistant Thomas Haney, conducted the interview in 1998 that the Ramseys arranged to do. The full transcript can be found at a site - Shakedown. As well as their police interview of '96 & their further interviews for 2000, that they also arranged because they Still had Nothing to Hide. More than one suspect formed letters like in the note, way more than some of Patsys, But That is never mentioned. The print writing was Not the only aspect that told the Real experts that Patsy did Not write that note.
Patsy liked to wear red for Xmas & had bought a new red sweater that had baubles on it. She wore that & a pair of black leather pants to the White’s Xmas night dinner party. They were up so early on the 26th because they were to take their plane that their pilot had readied to meet John Andrew, Melinda & her boyfriend at the Minneapolis airport & then all were going to their Charlevoix house for a 2nd Xmas gift-giving. No doubt Patsy wanted to show off her Xmassy sweater again. That morning, she threw that on with the same pants, re-did her make-up & was ready to go when she went down the stairs. Where the Hell is the End of that recording?? CLICK. Under that phone on the wall, was a cupboard. If Patsy had just put the handset down, all would have heard CLUNK - "Patsy, Patsy"....... CLICK. I for one Have heard the Authentic recording of that call - "hurry hurry hurry". CLICK. "Patsy, Patsy"....... operator disconnects. The perps strangled JB to death with the white nylon Cord on top of the dryer in the basement laundry when Patsy was calling 911. There was a phone in that laundry room. It can be seen in the cops' walk-thru video footage.
Now, why would they lie about Burke being downstairs? He was Allowed downstairs! And then there’s the Fact that the closeted 9 year old Kid, would have coughed up in a nanosecond that he was there when his mother made that 911 call. Doh. And, he was interviewed that afternoon by detective Patterson at 2 pm when he was still at the Whites, where he had been since 7.15 a.m., with the White’s kids & their adult relatives. Neither of his parents were Present for that police interview nor did they know that was happening. Patterson recorded that interview. The various made up Stories about ‘red’ fibres from Patsy’s sweater, also Not true.
One needs to think about the Major Players behind this travesty of justice - Steve Thomas put it all on Patsy, Linda Arndt decided Later that she’d blame John & James Kolar chose Burke - neither of these so-called 'police detectives' had Ever worked a murder case before, but they were all about writing a Book when about to be fired & so, were Ready to cash in another way. Each one put their mugs on National TV, trying for fame & fortune, they Failed at that job also. All 3 are such an Embarrassment for law enforcement around the world & then there’s the Fact that they’re all Proven liars.
This most heinous of crimes was very, Very well Planned & 2 of the perps had broken into the house Before & That's why they knew where everything was & exactly all that they were going to do. Main aim foremost - implicate all Ramseys plus the housekeeper, who they knew had a key. Two got in the house through what was 2 doors, that the Ramsey's called the kitchen door, by that grate, when the family left for the White's party at about 4.30 p.m. And both separately, were actually Seen on the property. The Ramseys never put one foot back in that house ever again after JB was found & they left, staying with friends in Boulder, with police around them 24/7.
Take note - JB was Never to be taken out of the house, as Planned. The placing of the body in that cellar, that had No Window. That was Very important. The cellar door that 3 cops down the basement at different times early that morning, had Failed to pull open. Nobody ever talks about the Fact that the cops never went through the train room door & so, Never Knew about the opened window at the other end of that co-joined room. Doh. The BPD went to great lengths to make sure Nobody found that out. The BPD had a Lot to hide from the media & so the public & Still.
No guilty person, let alone Two, goes on national TV over & over again to be questioned over & over again.
The DNA from both perps, several places on JB's person, one is hispanic. The saliva from one that was mixed in with one of the 2 spots of JB's blood in the big underpants, has been in CODIS since 2003. The Ramseys were proven Innocent with a mountain of Actual evidence in that house a long time before the official & Very public letter of exoneration in 2008. Further DNA analysis with Advanced forensics in 2016, reiterated that. Ignorant members of the public need to Realise how many Others, including known pedos who were Cleared, due to the DNA only.
In 2023, a cold case team were put together & they have the go-ahead to have the DNA from both perps reanalysed with the advanced technology & can also obtain untested items from the BPD for the same. The FBI are involved in this investigation, finally. This team were Not put together to go after the Proven INNOCENT Ramseys.
The false & misleading information on the TV programs from back in the day plus through the years & now all the same repeated on these fooltube videos, shows that the crucifying of these people will never end & the comment sections prove that a whole country Loves to hate on these Victims. Certain TV show makers & now the unscrupulous podcasters make up more atrocious stories about this whole family for that age old reason - Money. One catches more fish with new bait. And so the public domain has one big fat tabloid magazine for their endless Entertainment, to get off on.
