Pretty easy you have to press the B button to the direction you're going near an edge of the platform, and move the stick to the right angle in the direction of the edge. (Move up-left). Now in the moment that you fall (When you don't see the shadow) move the stick up-right to get Back to the platform and press A and B buttons at the same time to jump dive again. And that's how I do It. If you don't get it, tell me here and I'll make a tutorial. Is easy only on TAS.
