I never noticed before but when they first try divebombing Amatsu and it stops them midair, Bisha drops his pinecones. This animation gets better every time I watch it. Fantastic work

Fun fact about Amatsu, in it’s natural environment it attacks Zinogre and drive them away. So the fact that an apex Zinogre is used in this fight is pretty ironic
In Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak, Utushi actually manages to ride an Apex Zinogre to fight Amatsu which is just poetic in a sense, the monster and the hunter who are natural enemies, ultimately both victims of Amatsu and they are forced to unite to fight Amatsu
If Apex Zinogre were to speak I think I would say. THIS IS FOR MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS WHO FACED YOUR WRATH DRAGON OF THE STORMS!!! And Master Utushi wudld say. THIS IS FOR KAMORA!!!

Additionally in the game that both Zinogre and Amatsu debuted in the 'problem' Zinogre is actually trying to force Amatsu away from it's home.
And so, the Guren Bombers proved in the end that they truly were the Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak.
Amatsu: fools these bindings won't last 5 seconds!

@@chaostimyragers7024while that's highly unlikely to happen, I can really recommend Monster Hunter Stories (1&2) because there you have Monsters as basically your teammates/hunting companions, and one specific mod for MHWI called Monster Hunter Stories: Iceborne which allows you to have a Monster of choice as a hunting companion (like Palico but stronger and with it's own passive/active abilities), and even mount and ride/fly on them.

It’s actually so refreshing to see the monsters fighting alongside the hunters for once.
Fun fact, Astalos divebombs with such force, he turns into Boltreaver at 4:45.

I love the moment where Amatsu and Valstrax do the beam clash. It makes me wish it happened in the actual game.

Here's an extra fun fact. I went back and counted the frames. Steve was T-Posing for exactly 48 frames. From the moment Steve fired the scales to the second he left the screen was only 48 frames.

Hell, Zinogre in Iceborne shows that the Monsters are smart enough to respect the strength of a Hunter without immediately considering them a threat. Bro flat out saves you from getting caught between a Rathalos and Diablos turf war and solos both just so they can have a more one-on-one encounter.
I love how this is a combo of both serious animation AND absolute meme energy!
That was a fantastic double team where Bazel just bulldozes Amatsu only for the dragon to be knocked back and just get sent flying by valstrax.

This was the day that the Ruler of the Sky knew that his reign of rains was soon over for a crimson, seething passion appeared like a star freshly born in the sky. Held down by wired bugs, he could only watch as he watches the True 5 Lords of Conquest approach with vigor and accompanied by 3 humans that are fueled with determination to defend the homelands. Monsters and Hunters. While Amatsu could have controlled all of thatt lies above, he could never have bared the fate that will befall him next.

I absolutely love the Monster Hunter Avengers that you've created. I get the saddening feeling though that Bazel would be their Iron Man and ends up dying after over 10 years of a cinematic history...

@langleysenterprise5134 I get the feeling Valstrax would be Thor, since he's an Elder Dragon (effectively a God) and would be super marketable and would probably be kept around to make more movies just like Thor in the MCU
Edit: Astalos is the obvious choice for Thor, but Valstrax is a literal Elder Dragon which are considered basically godlike in the MonHun universe, so it's up to your interpretation. I see Astalos as more like Hulk, since Astalos is canonically constantly angry and is also green

@@stormbreaker504 Rathalos is considered to be "The King Of The Skies" because he is, by far, THE most common wyvern with such aerial dominance. There's plenty of wyverns and elders that are better flyers with greater power. However, they are far rarer and harder to come across.

Well I think the infernal springs was just wiped from existence. That literally is how I wish it had ended with my favorite monster capping everything off, being a complete badass…thank you tea, this actually brightened my day..I’m grinning ear to ear.

Kinda cool how the monsters showed up and decided to help the hunters of there own free will. It looks like this went and became monster hunter stories rise and the hunters are now offically riders since they´ve managed to bond with monsters.

I'm surprised stuff like this doesn't happen already; The Elder Dragons displace so many monsters that i'm surprised some more cohabitant, territorial types don't team up and defend their territory.
Imagine you're fighting some fresh abomination capcom has cooked up, you get it low, but a cutscene plays and it prepares to end you, when suddenly a SWARM of angry raths come by to help in the battle, a mating pair of Metal Raths leading the charge as they swarm it with fire, poison, talons and death, and the beast goes down in a swarm of red and green scales speckled with occasional pink and blue, and glowing with excess fire.
And then the metal raths tear out its heart and raise it to the sky, and all the others let out a cacophanous yet familiar roar, pillairs of flame and fireballs shooting up into the sky, and then they disperse.
Or you just freely get to Wyvern ride a rath Afterwards to BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF AN ELDER DRAGON along with a few others

We need a Monster Hunter game where you don't just get to ride Wyverns temporarily but get the chance to tame them and utilize them in battle. Imagine riding an Astalos or Bazelgeuse or any of these guys through the sky in a battle against a Dalamadur.
