I just bought one and can't connect it to the wifi, I got two more in front of the house and got connected very easy, this one it just keeps saying connecting to router fail 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
@@mserrato587 sounds like the signal is to weak on the WiFi. Add a WiFi extender plug close by the camera and it will work. Had this with mine due to the signal not been strong enough 📶😊
@@davidhenderson7722 wrong , complete opposite. Wifi routers are designed to run 5ghz at a set radius, out of that radius would bring it down to 2.4ghz. In essences, connect this camera far from your router and it will work
I need to use 2 cameras to the Reolink system. My question is: will I be able to see both cameras on my phone at the same time in a split screen or two separate windows?

These run on 2.4 WiFi. If the router is not set to this it won't connect 👍

Had a mess on with mine till I added a WiFi extender. Have you scanned the qr code on the bottom of the camera?
