Will it BURN?? Acrylic vs. Polycarbonate

So the polycarbonate will char but not ignite, but the acrylic will ignite and not char.
Did I get that right?

Correct! It takes quite a lot to get acrylic to ignite. So flame polishing edges quickly works well for acrylic, but will char polycarbonate.
