Breaking PC by shock is impossible unless badly UV damaged. PC is probably NOT better for making a windshield though. My best guess for this use would be PETG.

F3 limited or f3T? We make a 26” model for that. 4 mounting holes total, 2 on each side. Ours is also going to be wider then stock
