PS: thank you for your review of Italica! I love the scent, but I can imagine getting a bit tired of it for wearing too much or too often, I prefer Tony Iommi from Xerjoff as a gourmand that is also very masculine, or Alexandria II for formal environment.

Nice review again! If you want to try something weird, try 'The Door' by D.L Roelen. Its a very weird scent but i like it.

If you ever get the chance, Xerjoff Starlight is a big banner and my favourite (so far) from the house. Simply divine.

Great review mate! On my skin it was an overload of sweetness. I much prefer their gourmand fragrance called Symphonium, which is close to your FORBIDDEN, minus the cherry note ;)

This one I love but it's so realistic like a biscotti I'm unsure of occasions and it does have a food candle vibe but I do love it so🤔
Italica is one of the best women's gourmands on the market. For the ladies watching, you can basically sample Italica, La Capitale, and Lira; and have a solid date night fragrance for life with any of the three. Personally like La Capitale the most.
It probably leans a bit more feminine, but it's (officially) a unisex fragrance.

Dude I’m wearing Lira rn and it smells soo sweet I keep thinking if I lick my hand it’s gonna be caramel sweet hahaha. It’s so lovely tho. I hate overly sweet scents. But this is a citrus cake that no chef can ever make cause it’s just so delicious and luxurious.
What do u think of Bouquet Ideale tho? I wanna try that one next. I love wood so I thought I’ll like it even more.

I feel like I'm the only person who hated this fragrance? Maybe they sent me the wrong frag in my decant, this should have been right up my alley in terms of the notes but when I smelled it I felt like someone threw hot cinnamon up my nose! I gave it 2 hours but had to scrub it, I love my spicy frags plus almond and caramel are some of my favourite notes but this was nothing like I expected! I'm so glad I didn't blind buy it.

No toffee but if you love a boozy vanilla/chocolate combo and haven't tried Forbidden... it's a must try!
I have a question if maybe someone has experience with this, I have layered silver mountain water with azzaro wanted by night and absolutely loved the result, if i mix them in a bottle would i see negative effects or is it ok to do? I found that the azzaro base totally boosted the longevity of the SMW, DRAMATICALLY (which does not last at all on itself)
Maybe just try it in a small atomizer first, like 1ml of each and see how it goes? They are both alcohol based fragrances so I can't see why it wouldn't work.

I couldn’t wear it, felt like smearing toffee on my skin. Gourmand going too far
I like milky gourmands, but dislike almond sweetness. I also dislike Hypnotic Poison cuz of that. I can't do it. Love heliotrop, love marzipan, but alomd or aamaretto, not for me.

I’m looking for a more masculine version, anyone have any recommendations. It seems a lot of almond scents are feminine leaning. I don’t mind unisex either, but I am more drawn to masculine darker scents.

Sadly 😢italica reminds me of my bathroom candles, I tried multiple times but it’s candle scent to my nose, toooo much almond gave me a headache and made me nauseous, maybe it’s not my style or I am not into foodie gourmand fragrance, I can’t stand italica unfortunately it’s strong and project very well on my skin but 🤦🏻♀️
Does Italica lean so feminine it's not even considered Unisex?

To me Italica was huge disappointment, sweet, milky almonds. That's it. Dolce Amalfi and Star light hits my taste more😊
