“He could sense that lord Vader was in danger… again”. You could sense the frustrated sigh from palpatine xD
not only a sigh but him running his hands down his wrinkly face eyelids stretching farther than possible by a jedi
I can see Palpatine being like: "At this point i should have taken Grand Inquisitor as an apprentice but oh well, saving Vader's butt again is becoming a mundane Tuesday"
Palpatine: "This never happened with Dooku. I might have been too harsh on him about the pirates..."
The good thing about Vader going down this early. Means a lot more jedi will survive in the long term. Even with the inquisitors still running around, many of them stand no chance against many of the Jedis without Vaders help.
My only complaint is that I wish Sidious peered into the Cave of Evil. Im curious to imagine what sort of vision the Dark Lord of the Sith would see, if any.
Would it be a warning, something to aid him? Would Sidious heed the vision or just ignore it?
@Senate917Hmm, maybe? I imagine he'd see his death, but not the full picture. Luke's lesson was "continue down this path, become your father". I imagine Sidious' vision would be "continue to rule through tyranny, you will fall"
@@socialaccount0000 That would be a really amusing reason for him to loosen his grip on the galaxy. He's got the political chops to spin it and now he has a reason to do so. It'd really hurt the rebellion long term too.
It would have been interesting to see how Palpatine reflected on his similarities with the Jedi regarding his failure training Anakin
I mean, yeah Obi-Wan's presence on Mustafar did lead to Padmé's death
what if general grievous and kenobi survived and worked together to survive order 66?

Do a follow up story where sidious cloned anakin after realizing he could salvage the potential medic punt from the remaining body of anakin despite him beginning to decay in the swamp. Mount tantis should be utilized more effectively
This one was really interesting. I feel like (at least of the ones I've listened to so far) most of your stories more or less obliterate 'a new hope' to the point that thinking about what would happen by then goes beyond speculation. But this one doesn't necessarily do so, just changes it tremendously, some of the same things could still happen in this universe. It's also interesting because it changes the dynamic of the entire series (1-6), which is no longer about Anakin. Even the prequels themselves become less about Anakin, because without his redemption his fall is much less interesting.
you know their was still DNA Sidious could have harvested in an attempt to clone his Apprentice, it's not like he didn't know a few Cloning Experts

Yoda should have quickly assembled a fire and let Anakin's body be burned in honor of who he once was. Him just leaving Anakin's body felt very disrespectful.

what if Ezra found luke instead of obi wan on Tatooine
What if Ahsoka joined with Anakin to the Dark Side?
What if Ahsoka not release Darth Maul during order 66
What if Vader got an upgraded suit?

Vader means father. Darth means dark, we've been calling him Dark Father.
Nah, Vader means from within. Like "in 'vader' ". Anakin destroys the Jedi from within and they didn't see it coming. Kinda like Palpatine's Sith title is Sidious for "In 'sidious' ".

I'm talking about my first comment; Concerning what Vader probably did to his own body daughter ( That he didn't even know of.).
And I most likely theorized that once he is in the afterlife. The spirit/soul of Padme will be super pissed for what he has unknowingly done, finally told him what happened, rightfully chastised him, and most likely NEVER forgiving him in the afterlife FOR-EVER!!!
