I have found that through the Native American ceremonies Kundalini can be achieved in a spiritual and fasting state of prayer. A vision quest or Sundance. The Ancients used this knowledge whether through prayer or other methods and I’m sorry it is so highly regarded as a secret. We all have the ability to attain that higher level of consciousness. It’s about the teachers. The subject is difficult in most of society to speak of. Thank you for the knowledge, not what I expected but I’m always seeking knowledge forevermore. Quantum physics is beyond my knowledge but the levels of dimensions to attain that totality can sometimes be seen when you travel in that spiritual state. Sometimes takes months to come back. How to experience in our body. . Tamil saints clearly explained step by step ..,. First you develop your body as imperishable?? Certain herbs will help!! Leave certain things?? Foget your body and it's needs ??? U must know where is Breathing start!? Where is our mind. ?? Difference between the two???
Interesting video. Kundalini is more of a meta-physical science with biological overtones. It's like anatomy to the physical body except for the spiritual bodies...astral,ethereal, causal and soul bodies. I am setting up a solitary place where I can practice the headstand 3 hrs. (astral close to consecutive as possible ) per day until it opens my 7th chakra into the experience of OM /I am that I am / In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God / The voice of many waters. A biblical example of this is St. John (one of the top 3 disciples who were called "the sons of thunder ")..."I heard as it were the noise of thunder saying"... This is the highest teaching on earth and heaven..."One who does the headstand 3 hrs. a day (as close to consecutive as possible, preferably consecutive ) will surely attain enlightenment. We can see Buddha using a tree branch for his legs to pull pressure off of his neck in you-tube documentaries. This teaching Jesus, Moses, Buddha and Sri Krisna all completed. I am not sure about Mohammad but the Islamic yogis have. Props are needed for 3 hrs. but once one can do the headstand 30 minutes without props then they can do it for three hours with props. This is how I know Kundalini is very real!!
Because there are so many approaches (paths) to this work, terminology is a bugaboo, anatomically, linguistically, and culturally. I think we're dealing with many of the same concepts. However, I see it as a biological process with metaphysical overtones - the physical leading to (opening up) the metaphysical. In the 1970s, I got involved with yoga and meditation (physical exercises) which opened up a hitherto hidden kundalini subsystem, which ushered me into a metaphysical realm of pure consciousness. What's more, because I used "The Secret of the Golden Flower" as a kundalini meditation method and Gopi Krishna's work as a comparitive reference point, my outlook and descriptions are necessarily influenced both by this knowledge and by my understanding of this knowledge in English.
