Hey Greg. You can actually scoop out the minced meat and sliced meat into your noodle bowl while it's still hot. It'll also infuse some of the noodle seasoning into the meat, which might add another dimension into savouring this premium BCM. Thanks for the effort (3 rounds) to cover this store 💪👍
there used to be an ah hor mee pok at sam leong road which I miss so sorely.. their chili has buah keluak inside that made it INSANELY DELICIOUS. quite sad to be unable to find it anymore.

should check out another meepok store at timbre plus! the store that got on the news for giving out free noodles when their grab food order got cancelled... i actually went to support them and to my surprise their food is really good!!
At Food Loft at 501 West Coast now on Sunday @349pm and it’s closed. drinks stall said they open half day on Sunday (?) so better just come in the morning - I am disappointed. Food places that don’t update opening hours, don’t liddat can?
My old family noodle making shop used to supply to Lam's abalone noodle at race course road, our shop is opposite the stall building, Nam Heng noodle manufacturer...80s-90s...early 2000s..Mee pok n Mee kia are our special.

Just look in the supermarket. Any generic chilli paste with dried shrimp should be ok. Add in some black vinegar, fish sauce and pork lard oil as well!
