These are wonderful!! And he's called creepy John. Silly Simon. Poor John the Baptizer. But you can see the kinship they have with each other. Jesus pairing them up was terrific. Simon seems to have quite a few funny moments in this clip!! They are a wonderful cast.! And my pastor always said he knew Jesus was a fun guy so it would stand to reason his disciples were each quirky in their own way as well. I wouldn't mind this show if it were pure fiction and didn't involve Jesus. But mixing truth and fiction isn't good. No one can believe any of it because they don't know what's true, what really happened. If someone watches this and is drawn to "Jesus", it's not actually Jesus, it's a fictional character with lines written by a scriptwriter. That's why this is offensive to me.
Bible stories are serious but the disciples were humans. And Jesus was God and human. They had personalities, like you and I. They weren’t mindless, stoic robots.
well for starters, not everyone is perfect, the actors are bound to mess up, also your kinda acting like its a terrible sin to watch some funny bloopers, and second, God made men (and women) with different personality traits, one of those traits is humor, why would Jesus and the chosen not have a sense of humor? why would they just run around acting like robots with no sense of humor and not laugh at funny things and/or jokes, i don't mean to be rude but i think you need to check your facts, its kind of a blessing to have a sense of humor, why would God curse the 12 and Jesus to give them no sense of humor?

They're not outtakes, and Jesus wasn't boring. He has some fun
Bible stories are serious but the disciples were humans. And Jesus was God and human. They had personalities, like you and I. They weren’t mindless, stoic robots.
well for starters, not everyone is perfect, the actors are bound to mess up, also your kinda acting like its a terrible sin to watch some funny bloopers, and second, God made men (and women) with different personality traits, one of those traits is humor, why would Jesus and the chosen not have a sense of humor? why would they just run around acting like robots with no sense of humor and not laugh at funny things and/or jokes, i don't mean to be rude but i think you need to check your facts, its kind of a blessing to have a sense of humor, why would God curse the 12 and Jesus to give them no sense of humor?

John the Baptist should of been more respected by the disciples, he had the spirit of Elijah, sent by God to open the way of being baptized by repentance. I see no humor in that.
