I'm sad this series ends here. I build my sporty out with a 90hp kit from you guys and about 7,000 miles later she's still going strong. Those are hard ass miles too. It's a stunt bike and pulls right up into wheelies. You guys kick ass! Keep it up. P.S. Hammer Dan your the man, but your mic breathing I could do without. haha peace.
Re: Lance's question referenced at 22:40, I would tend to agree with Dan that the oil drains wouldn't need a baffle. I found when putting a breather in that general location that a baffle *was* needed, since the cam gears were slinging a lot of oil, that was getting sent out the breather. (and by a lot, I mean ounces per hour of run time... a in other words, a LOT) But dropping a bit more oil there from the heads? Can't imagine it causing mischief.
@@HAMMERPERFORMANCE please do! I got an 01 X1 I'm thinking about doing. I am a 10 year Navy vet with sever anxiety and arthritis issues. Riding my reaper is my cure, but I keep having issues since I got her! If break the case open to do a stator I might as well go all the way!
What engine are you building here? New to Harley Davidson and just wondering what the base engine is ( eg Sportster or big twin). Cheers from a locked down Cape Town, South Africa.

@HAMMER PERFORMANCE Been looking at pics of your race bike and couldn't see the cam cover mods from this video, did you decide they weren't worth it?
