mode: edit. press K (select all) right click > subdivide a couple of times. tab out; go to object mode: quick effects > cell fracture (mesh data --> inside material: create a new material: pick (material)1 in the effects panel): the animation may be done in three.js, r3f. gsap, ammo.js, react-three-rapier
