EV is not a craze ATF. Loved my Gen2 Raptor fyi. I hope Ford can keep adapting to the EV. Pretty cool Eluminator power like a modern old classic NFT truck from Ford.
Gen2 Raptor is the best IMO. Appreciate Ford's effort with the Lightning - not for me, yet. But maybe someday. The Maverick builds look great - because in stock form it's very impotent...it needs bigger power and more edge to it. Great video!
I love street performance trucks , I have a 21 f150 RCSB ,with velocity blue color, with a 5.0 coyote under the hood, love it. So that maverick looks good to me aswell
Justin, when will you guys start getting some aftermarket parts for the Gen 3 Raptor? Every time I look on the website for things like "wheel well liners", I see..."except Raptor".
Also got to think these trucks just hit dealers, most manufactures hasn't gotten their hands on the truck yet. Also with the supply chain stuff that delays inventory
Hey Jeff, we're at the mercy of our vendor partners on this. Seeing as though the truck is still pretty new, its going to take a little while to build/test/produce on a mass scale. That being said I wouldn't be surprised if we started seeing some Raptor specific parts by the end of the year. -Justin
This may be an unpopular opinion but if I had the money to buy a new car/truck as of rn with the gas prices I’d go for the lighting it definitely seems to have the performance I’d need with minimal if any trailer hauling and occasional hauling in the bed.
The Gen 2 Raptor is still the best looking Raptor outside and inside. I don’t know what Ford was thinking when they ok’d the front grilles and headlight designs. It was a massive step backwards. The only thing I like about the Gen 3 Raptor is the new Fox shocks that auto adjust on the fly.
Lol, I was thinking the same thing as you. The 2019 was the first year for live valve shocks, which pissed me off royally. I have a 17 raptor. Still love my truck today, 4 1/2 years later.. The gen 3 looks like a mix of gen 1 and gen 2 to me. I would take a gen 3 with no hesitation. Even though I still laugh and love my gen 2 everytime I look at it.
