Fantastic content. Definitely a gold standard education.. appreciate your efforts. A doubt in the beginning you said stripping ration will increase respect to depth but in the end summary it says SR may be increase, decrease or stay constant?
Sir, 1:7 means 7 cubic metres ob require to be removed in order to get 1 tonne of ore.but according to formula ,1 cubic metres ob require to be removed in order to get 7 tonne of ore. Please help me to clear this doubt.
Actually stripping ratio represents the amount of uneconomic material that must be removed to uncover one unit of ore/coal. That's why SR = Waste/Ore In the video I wrote 1:7, In general we can write ratio 1:7 or 7:1 Here in 1:7 1 unit is for coal and 7 units for waste means in order to get 1 unit of coal we'll have to remove 7 units of waste. Now in 7:1 7 units waste will be removed to get 1 unit of coal. So both ways are correct. Only remember the definition and their respective units.
Yeah! It is prepositional phrase that means to "Begin doing something" Like - It's almost 10 o'clock. Let's get started. 👍 BTW thanks for your attention! 😊
