RRT gifts 75km of fencing supplies to cyclone hit farmers in Hawkesbay, NZ

The Rapid Relief Team (RRT), which is led by volunteers from the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church, loaded a convoy of a dozen trucks with over 75km of fencing supplies for 250 farmers hit by Cyclone Gabrielle.
On the day of the Farmers Community Connect event, RRT volunteers served gourmet burgers and barista coffees to more than 400 locals who joined in. Farmers also had access to a range of services throughout the day including veterinary, local council teams, industry advisors, mental well-being and support.
