Idc who wins.. my whole thing is mfs ACT as if Travis isn’t elite on BOTH sides… Mfs that want jeanty to win act like he’s average at both and that’s just completely disingenuous
He is elite on both sides. Top of conference and fbs on both sides of the ball. Imagine if he only played one side and gave all his energy and effort to just that side. Either way it shouldn’t be a conversation trav is the best player in college football hands down
Jeanty for heisman 🏆
I can understand the hype around Jeanty, but he does have 50 more carries than the next player. Boise State basically force feeding him the ball. Using the logic, then every air raid qb in the past should have won because of numbers
@@dabell55 stop it. If the next player touched the ball 50 more times he'd still have less than 2k yards.
He would need to average over 16 yards per carry in his next 50 to tie jeanty.
Colorado is an air raid offense too so stop with the double standards. Unless you want to talk about the dozens of receivers with nearly half the receptions and equal stats as that check down consumer Hunter
You’re not using logic
People keep saying force feeding. It's not force feeding if the man gives you 6 yards damn near every time he touches the ball. It's called smart football and the reason they playing in the playoffs. Your stars NEED the ball period!
What an L take
If jeanty my rb I’m giving him the football 😂
Trav litterly plays with a top 5 NFL pick in sheduar while jeanty is the only thing his team has….Travis gets forced fed all year 10+ targets a game that is just like a running back averaging 25+ carries a game…for these to be former NFL guys they seem pretty slow
Travis's hunter is build different and got deion to teach him game on and off the feild deion groomed all pros ,sheduer and travis and silo .deion changed the game in college
I think Hunter gets it.
First Team All Conference on BOTH sides…Defensive POY and Offensive POY honorable mention…11 PB and 4 picks, 1000+ yds receiving, 10+ TDS..too crazy
We seen Jeanty players already we never seen Travis 🔥
We’ve seen Travis hunters before. He’s also not the number 1 corner or receiver. Jeanty is the Boise state offense. I also don’t like the who did they play argument because who did Colorado play, Nebraska who blew them out.
@ seek help brother
Ignorant ass comment. Jabrill peppers played 7 positions at Michigan, and taysom hill played 6. Both made nfl, both did great in college. You’re comparing someone who’s 1 v 1’s, vs someone entire defenses scheme around and stack 8-10 in the box to stop him and STILL can’t.
And Hunter’s not #1 in anything right now, Jeanty #1 yards, touchdowns, broke record for yards after contact ever, and more.
@ he played nun like Trav stop bringing up Woodson peppers champ Bailey they played nun like Trav
@@yrnsheik4451 just because you play more positions doesn’t make you better, especially when he’s not the best at either position. Colorado was blown out by Kansas and Nebraska. Boise state lost in overtime by 3 to the best team in the country.

I’m glad King said it. Everybody has been talking about what the buffs are doing against the Big 12. But no one is talking about how Jeanty has been killing against Mountain West teams. If he balls out in the playoffs, then he’s really like that.

Chris Wankme....sorry Weinke beat out my boy Vick.....there is your example of horrible ass heisman award winners
THAT WAS CRAZY
The Disrespect for the running back position is crazy. They speaking like Colorado had the toughest schedule in football
4k passing and 45 Total TDs. Folks don’t respect Cam enough
People can say the same about #2 Sanders because look at his stats

Travis is resting and going bass fishing but Jeanty is still playing…. In the playoffs
so having good stamina is a stat? cause that numbers are not there.. he’s decent on both sides are his numbers absolutely insane?? NO!
does that make you a better player than me because you aight on both sides of the ball.. all around player yeah but not better, man literally putting a team on his back carrying them to the college playoffs
You guys need to drop a reaction vid to that 49ers player walking out mid game.
And he's playing half of those snaps at altitude.
The most dominant two way WR/CB since Charles Woodson
Its Travis Hunter and its not even fuckin close. It shouldnt even be a conversation but people still hyping Jenty over him. Wild
Take Travis off Colorado and switch him out with jeanty and I bet Colorado would be in the playoffs right now
Yeah, but Colorado does not have Jeanty, so Jeanty cannot carry them to a playoff run
Jeanty wouldn't have got the ball at all 😂
Give it to both of them

What I find weird is people throw the race card even when people say Jeanty over Travis 😂. Like they forgot how it works
He's not the #1 receiver in college football stop the mindless praise. He has enough real things to compliment
idk ask the pros you couch sitter
@LowKeyin Another jock strapper

Entering the playoffs has nothing to do with being the best player in college 😂 it’s not a team award
It is when you bring up the “impact” argument
@ Both players had “impact” And even with both of them having phenomenal impact as individuals on the field. I would argue Travis had more impact on and off the field as far as setting a standard for the next generation, flipping the trajectory of CU’s football program, Creating a culture and standard for NIL as well as MAKING not breaking multiple records that no one in the college sports media thought possible.
@@Ceomarr04 that’s a shitty argument compared to Jeanty carrying a g5 school to the playoffs. Just drop the “impact” argument and go back to the snap count

@ yep stick to those. Now compare those against other dbs and compare jeanty’s against other rbs. You’ll soon find out the only argument you have is snap counts and that’s a shitty argument 😂
It's that will to hustle for rebounds, play tight defense and move the ball around in rotation to score efficiently that has the Hawks winning on a nightly basis👏🏾😏

The stat argument is over with, Sauce Gardner was All-Pro last season with 51 solo tackles & 2 INTs and the last Thorpe winner to have more INTs than Travis did this year is Adoree Jackson in 2016 everyone since then has had 3 or less🤷🏾♂️
Run a damn okie for the one time and whoever come out conscious walks away w the heisman
Who did Colorado play?
As it turned out, the Buffs recorded five of their seven conference wins over five of the six worst teams in the bloated conference. The best win on the schedule came against eight-win Baylor after a successful Hail Mary at Folsom Field (or maybe it was against eight-win CSU?) Not their fault of course. You play who they put on your schedule
The Big12 is highly competitive and play mostly conference games. The top teams in the SEC pad their schedule with schools like Mercer..
WELL MY FRIENDS....HE GOT IT..👏👏
+35000 for the QB for the #1 team in the country. I'll take that bet 100 times out of 100
If jeanty was on Colorado they would have won the big12… does Boise go to cfb playoffs w Travis and no jeanty? Also Colorado has another potential heisman finalist on the team. You guys can’t name one other player on Boise, yet here they are ranked 3rd with a bye in the cfb playoffs.
That's cap given Colorado o line
Big cap 😂😂😂
Bruh dude is a running back🤦🏾♂️ so yea you can try to make shadeur relevant but that’s only on one side of the ball, what about defense? Exactly! Trav a beast and he make the team better, he is the star. Jeanty nice too but again it’s not unique there’s 10+ rbs who won the trophy who also were 2000/2500+ backs but not one heisman winner has been a 2 way player full time and the ones who did it part time won and against 2k runners so why wouldn’t Travis win
Travis and them buffs on the COUCH Boise st is still competing that shows you which player had best IMPACT
Snaps. Aren't. A. Stat.
Barely above mid in either position but because he plays both ways he deserves the award?
Jeanty broke an almost 40 year record behind a G5 offensive line.
How is this even a question?
Best sports show ong
AJ deserves it hands down. Travis is amazing though.
In my opinion the Heisman award shouldn't exist but the ceremony should. Solely because defensive players can't win it without help from another position.
Poor Hunter isn’t 1st in any stat WR/DB don’t take anything from him cause he’s a 1 of a kind talent… Ashton Jeanty is a monster and they down play his sos but he damn near took out Oregon number 1 team in the nation. Every team prepares for Jeanty and know what to expect and to still not be able to stop him is beyond crazy. Jeanty holding 1st place in every stat as a RB right now too… Give that man that heisman this is not a popularity vote it’s to the most deserved athlete…
Travis was #5 in receptions , had over 1000 yds, 14 TD
11 passes defense and 4 interceptions
He was colorado
Jeanty just was offense for boise state. He deserving of a win but he not winning this year
Crazy thing is he could have 5 ints right now if one wasn’t an offsides
The running back is the best athlete on the football field.
Travis hasn't played no real competition
This is why I don't debate with people that didn't play D1 football. I don't want to hear your opinion, you didn't go through the fire to earn the right to speak(AT ALL)!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2500 yds can’t be looked over and he carried his team to the playoffs
The Best QB in College rated QB 1 was left off of the list as well but he will be the first QB off the Board he not even a finalist 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
If it came down to coaches by ranked school we know who Dan Lanning vote will before Jeanty he torched them!
I always hear about ppl hating Deion but nrver see it. Who exactly hates Deion??? I always see him spoken highly and positively in the media and he singlehandedly has made it so Colorado stands are packed. Surely if ppl hated him so much that wouldnt happen...
MAKE JON SUSPENSION INDEFINITE‼️🤧💯
The Jeanty hate is crazy ain’t nobody had the numbers he’s had at RB in over 30+ years. Then to say he ain’t played nobody when he had over 170+ yards and multiple TDs against Oregon the number one team in the country FOH dudes
I agree with everything yall are saying, besides one. How are you gonna ask who jeanty played. Who did Travis play? Yall act like the big 12 is the SEC or Big10.
Also they make jeanty sit out half the quarters.
I also do agree what Travis is doing is absolutely nuts. And if he focused on one position he’d be the best at that position, but I don’t think he’s the best receiver in the country
If Travis doesn’t win the hiesman then I think the award and the media voters lose credibility.
Who more valuable for there team
And dude cap saying he’s seen RBs put up numbers like Jeanty and not win 😂… I bet he can’t name 1

You can double team hunter to stunt his numbers. You have 7 guys in the box minimum every snap and jeanty is still resetting history. It’s the same argument but one put the team on his back the ENTIRE SEASON
And their strength of schedule is very close. That’s not a valid argument.
Offtopic but, Bubba Chuck would hve been Travis Hunter/Prime/Mike Vick and Scheuder Sanders all in One...Had he not chose NBA instead.🤷🏾♂️
I wanna see Travis against a team like Oregon...We seen Jeantry vs a Oregon
Travis is not the number 1 receiver in college ball
He’s in the top 3 in fbs while simultaneously being a lockdown corner. I’d say that’s pretty extraordinary
Who has traivs played
9 in the box an still rushing for 100 is the same as getting doubled
Just cause he the first person to do sumthin don’t make him automatically the best bruh
