While the events portrayed in our film are entirely fictional, they draw inspiration from historical occurrences in France after the Normandy invasion (D-Day). As the Allied forces advanced further into France, they encountered stronger resistance, leading to mounting casualties on both sides. The depicted skirmish in this short film focuses on a small group of battle-weary and wounded American soldiers who find themselves separated from their larger company. Seeking refuge in an old abandoned building, their respite is abruptly interrupted when they are discovered by a German infantry battalion.

Man! The wounded on the bed sacrifice himself without second thought to shield his brothers. THAT IS HEROISM!
Bro i was going to say the same thing !!
that amount of heroism would even make Patton cry
Man should make a sequel where the president gives the bed guys family a metal of honor
@@priceymemes7699 *Y E S*
I’m not going to lie he probably did sacrifice him self or he just fell of the bed poor guy tho
A pleasure voicing for you mate.
Thank you so much for helping us out! We'll be sure to reach out again if we every need voice actors again in the future!
3:35 rip injured comrade 😢 btw love your video
the probably has to be the cleanest lego animation IVE EVER SEEN! GREAT WORK!
Just amazing. Love the movement especially when any figure is running.
Thank you!
I have seen many Lego stop motions in my time and this… this deserves an award
Dang, calling this amazing is an understatement!
So smooth, and the VFX are great!
Love the attention to detail such as the spent casings ejecting out of the guns!
Thank you!
This is actually one of the best set designs I’ve ever seen
Keep in mind that a Norman Sherman can't destroy a King Tiger
so the round would have reflected though. So I would expect the
King Tiger to fire back at the remaining Sherman Tank . So Next
time use a Sherman Firefly. Also Great Stop Motion!
Thanks! We figured the close range would allow for the Sherman to penetrate the ring between the turret and the mantle of the king Tiger
@@TwinBricks No Problem!
Pretty sure this sherman was an Easy 8. The easy eight's powerful 76mm would be perfectly capable of penetrating the german's heavy armor. Be careful when falling into hollywood stereotypes. And regardless, a sherman's 75mm would be perfectly capable of penetration at that range.
@@TwinBrickshe was incorrect. If im correct that tank looks like an easy eight, and its 76mm wouldve been perfectly capable of penetrating even at long distances
I really love the clay-lego combination. Very high quality lego stopmotions. Keep it up!
Thank you!
Literally brings tears to my eyes on that scene!
This is…AWESOME, I love this animation it‘s just great. The editing, movement and overall style.
This was such an awesome idea for a brickfilm and so well executed! The cinematography, set, and voice acting really put this at a level above amateur brickfilms. You are an inspiration to all your fellow military brickfilmers.
Thank you so much! We were inspired by others and are happy to know we are now even an inspiration ourselves :)
😉👍Very greatly and spectacularly wonderfully nicely fabulously well done indeed!.
I really dont like the scene where the Sherman destroys the king tiger with one shot as in real life it would take a lot more to penetrate the front armour of the king tiger
It’s true but remember it depends on the range and that he penetrated the turret probably the scope I think … if this was a panther there’d be no problems since the 76 would penetrate the turret but this depends on variants.
@@iiwidowla99lambo65 Yes, we were thinking that because of the range it would be able to penetrate the front armor of the turret, but even that may be inaccurate. Thank you for your feedback!
You are probably right. We were thinking that the range of the shot would allow the shell to penetrate the front armor of the turret, but that may be inaccurate. Thank you for your feedback!
@@TwinBricks it's true but I like it though it'd be best to say the sherman 76 was aiming for a machine gun port on the turret.
Incorrect. The E8 sherman's 76mm is very powerful, being able to pen heavy german armor with ease. Be careful when following Hollywood's BS stereotypes
Amazing stop motion dude!!! One of the best I’ve ever seen and the voice acting is great too aswell as the animation itself, keep it up bro 🔥🔥
So good ❤
Wow dude this is so good ❤
The sound is so good with all the additional things that I can’t even hear my own voice in the video. This is so amazing, if you need me or my voice for other projects, I will always be ready. Once more, the quality is really unbelievable. Thank you both for this so much.
Haha, same for me, the battle noises are drowning out everything (which is realistic, tho)
@@graustreifbrombeerkralle1078 @DeRuyter-ce5nf, we greatly appreciate both of your support and help with our projects, they would not be possible without you! An we will of course be sure to come to you for any help should we need so in the future!

Amazing work, your stopmotions are always amazing.
This one is amazing! Good luck You in everything!
This was insanely good animation. Forgot it was Lego for a minute. God bless!
Your animations are so smooth and stunning
Nice stopmotion
This is such a smooth animation!
This was absolutely incredible! The blood effect was so good! All the sound effects were great it had so many interesting effects definitely one of the best stop motions I have seen.
Really cool detalization, sound, visual effects and my favourite smooth movements. I don't need anything else. It's damn perfect!
Cool! I like the blood, it is so real!👍
Finally SOMEONE got the ballistics for a sherman tank correctly 😫🙏
Omg awsome the Blood the stopmotion all Is beuty
The quality is astonishing, once again
Another awesome smooth brickfilm ! Loved it
loved the gun muzzle flash on the mini figures ❤
One of the best Lego WWII stop motions ive seen. Better than LCM brickshow.
Keep doing what your doing 👍🏻
Thank you! We will try to continue!
,,cool video keep up the great content.. Thank you…
Spectacular
Wow this was AMAZING, nice work!
love everything about the scene at 3:50 !! so smooth + incredible details and vfx
Great video dude
holy crap this is the smoothest stop motion i have ever seen, great job on this
Really nice stop-motion. I love it!
Great stopmotion as always!
Superb! Well done!
great !!!!
Amazing
Awesome!
Fantastic Stopmotion! XD
Very well executed, the lighting, the plot, the sfx/vfx, the animation, is all amazing. Great job.
Agree to everything but the plot. It's typical American pathos and heroism which pays rather little attention to logics (in reality, the Americans probably would just let the Germans pass, I guess). Still, like you said, the rest is absolutely amazing and perfect, so it makes totally up for the (sometimes) lacking logics.
@@graustreifbrombeerkralle1078 Yes you are completely correct, the logic behind the film is somewhat dramatized with rather little attention to real battle tactics (due to our lack of knowledge) as well with of course a very American-centric stance, however we hope to broaden our plots/perspectives in our future films!
This boutta be fire 🔥
FINALLY!!!!
damn i got no words the animation is slick its nice u use lego and clay ur creation and terrain match beautifully
that was so cool
very impressive!
Superb Animation as awlway
so good!!!
your film is amazing
OUTSTANDING BRUV
Your animation is so good
Sick!
Wow! This is so underrated! 😮 How did you make the movement so smooth tho? And how do you make the filming setup lool so good?
I like how he aimed for the turret
This was great. Sibbed
Your stop motions are like no others keep it up 👍
Thanks, will do!
It's very super !!
Nice work 👍 keep up 💪
Nice
Why you have only 34k subscribers your vids are incredible
Finally!!!!!🤩🤩
insane🔥🔥
Wow, I wish my stop motions looked as good as yours 😂
Wow
👌
This animation is great, but i have one problem, why did these soliders in the tank just sit there like this and do nothing, not even hide inside of the tank
Accidental, we will improve in the future!
@@TwinBricks good to hear, keep that work up
I don't know words good enough to describe this! How many FPS is it?
Thank you! We shot it at 24 fps
How the hell do u start off with that intro that’s crazy cool
Thank you!
What’s the editing software?
Premier pro and after effects
@@TwinBricks ok
4:33 Is this Jumbo? Cuz 75 short barreled Shermans stand absolutely no chance against a Tiger II.
When do you get your equipment? Specifically the BAR
We get them from BrickArms through Brickmania. You can find the BAR here: www.brickmania.com/brickarms-bar/
@@TwinBricks thank you bro so much! Your stop motions are crazy good
What long time bro 😂😂😂
2:19 That sounded like igunpro sound effect 😂😂😂
How did that sherman pen the tiger?
It was an E8, or an Easy Eight with its more powerful 76mm gun
how do you simule the shots ??
how sherman destroyed tiger 2 this isn't posible
This is actually very possible. Even at that range, the sherman's 75mm would be able to penetrate the tiger's turret ring with ease. However, the tank that killed the tiger was also an Easy 8 sherman (like the one in fury), who's 76mm was perfectly capable of penning heavy german armor even at long distances.
Ok, question, how do you get fake blood for scenes without ruining a minifigure
We just wash it off right afterwards. It sometimes does discolor the minifigures, unfortunately
Ok thanks
Красава, заебись делаешь
Top-notch production in every aspect, albeit I wonder whether it wasn't a smarter idea to just let the Germans pass, haha.
Haha definitely! Perhaps the Americans felt that they would be found out either way and therefore attacking force would be to their advantage :) But regardless we really truly appreciate your help with voice acting!
That Tiger 2 probably would’ve decimated those Shermans had it not been for their ambush.
@@deadbattery3224 Very true! (and the fact that it was outnumbered)
You know they could have just let the Germans pass through and no firefight would have taken place...
Why would they it's world war 2 also there would be no video😂
Also the Germans could have killed more Americans if not for them
FPS?
24
They really got luck.
Uh, I mean, Sherman can't destroy King Tiger head-on and side🤔😧😕!!!
We were thinking that the 76mm was shot at pretty close range and hit the front of the turret where the armor is the weakest but you're probably right it may still not have been strong enough to penetrate the armor. Thanks for the feedback!
Incorrect. Stop falling into hollywood's stereotypes, and look at actual ballistics. The king tiger wasnt invincible, especially at this range
Can i voice for one of your videos i know a bit of German 😊
Of course! Although we currently don't have a project in mind, if we do we will be sure to reach out!
@TwinBricks OK I can't wait BTW I'm 13 years old is that ok?
I can't read tiny words 😔 make them!! Bigger Next time!! So I can read
Will do! Thanks for the feedback!
@TwinBricks your welcome Pro!!!
So the sniper survives a Tiger 2 tank shot? Yeah right so unrealistic.
man it was all ok until the sherman easy destroyed the tiger 2
If you knew anything about the simplest of ballistics, you would know that a sherman would have no struggle penetrating the tiger's armour. Also considering that the sherman here was an Easy 8, its much more powerful 76mm was able to penetrate heavy german armour with ease, even at longer distances. Please do your research
easy 8 but theyre where used by the red army also i thought it was just a jumbo sorry bro@@falke_9775

Yo wassup twin bricks! You have inspired me hard making lego ww2 stopmotions and i wanted to ask if you have any tips for my improvement, you can check ms channel (or not) to see what i can do better! :D
I don't think the Sherman Jumbos can penetrate the Tiger II.🤨
Side of the turret, perhaps? Still it's a very lucky shot.
It looked like it hit the turret ring.
You are correct in that Shermans including the Jumbo variant typically cannot penetrate the King Tiger's armor. However, as others mentioned a, it is a very lucky shot, b, it hit the ring of the turret, and c, it was very close range :) Not to mention that our film definitely has inaccuracies for dramatic effect
@@TwinBricksActually the movie was good. When I watch that scene in slow motion, the Sherman's bullet hits King Tiger's cheek. Additionally, since the King Tiger's cheek part is slightly angled, the bullet may ricochet. Still, I loved the movie. It was very dramatic when a group of soldiers protected a seriously injured soldier despite everything. It was also sad that that injured soldier lay on the grenade to save his friends. :(
@@deadbattery3224When you watch it in slow motion, the bullet hits the tank's angled cheek armor and there were extra spare track parts on the tank's cheek.
Great animation with great figures and design
but why are germans always portrayed like idiots in WW2 films and animations
Yes we acknowledge our very Americanized bias we will try to remove in the future!
@@TwinBricks no no bro all good the videos are great I mean quality is great and stuff just this
