Although surfperch are available year-round, the most productive time to fish for them is in the spring and early summer when they school up along sandy shorelines for spawning. The best fishing often occurs on an incoming tide, especially an hour or two before high tide.

Surf perch is one of the best eating fish around. That's a really nice one! 👍 How many did you end up catching for the trip?

Thank you ! I caught 5 jumbo but my gopro bettery dead too early because we were digging Razor clams and used it alot

Yes it was beach 4. there's no clams at beach 4 only fishing we digged razor clams at Copalis
