Jai Sai Ram jee..I had this question since long and got some solution but not to full extent from Sai Satcharitra..There it says baba was never against Non veg..and there used to be separate handi for non veg..I did not understand what baba cooked in non veg..though he emphasised in being veg...today in this show,I got all my doubts cleared as if Baba had sent you to answer my queries...Thanks so much for guiding me Mohan jee..Jai Sai Ram jee

@@bigfletch8 As per my understanding, God is in all beings. Carnivore animals have no choise but to hunt other animals for thier survival. Humans are more privilaged and are blessed with higher qualities but it is upto us if we make use of these qualities to evolve spiritually also. Masters do not control our actions. Only when we trust the masters, they will guide us in the right path.
@bigfletch8, please understand that all beings of the world are born with their own karma. Masters have no mandate to directly remove the karma of other beings (unless those beings are completely surrendered to the Master). What Masters *can* do is to alleviate suffering (in this case, future suffering arising from the karma of killing animals) by increasing awareness. Hence, they lead by example. Those who are receptive, will get the message.

Dear Amarnath, it is true that certain Vitamins are hard to get through a normal vegan diet. But there are vegan supplements that can be bought to overcome these deficiencies. Please look into the matter further or consult a vegan friendly dietician.

It is a very challenging vasana, to get away from diary related products.most of us are addicted to having a cup of tea/ coffee with milk.
Even, in food people who are vegetarian, we consume paneer .
Choice of been a vegan brings in a sea change in our lifestyle food habits.
We as Parents give milk to our children, what is the substitute for that after listening to this and knowing very well.its gonna affect their system as a whole in future.

I was well on my way to vegetarianism. I developed a nickel allergy. All the plant proteins are high in nickel. All plants have nickel in some degrees. I'm now eating eggs, fish and chicken 2 days a week. If anyone has an answer to this I will appreciate hearing it. If my life depends on eating beef or pork, I will rather exit my existence here on earth.

Dear one, the difference is that animals have sentience, while plants do not. Having said that, Mohanji has advised that, if possible, it is best to eat the parts of plants where the whole plant does not get killed while harvesting the edible part.

When Baba ordered Kaka to kill the goat He knew that their time has come.He stopped Kaka from doing it and ordered him to leave them at faqiron ka adda.Before reaching the adda tose goats left their pranas.

Dear Srinivasa, it's not about the knife; no method of killing sentient beings is recommended. Plants do not have sentience, hence it causes less karma to eat plants.
