PRIMAA Beautiful Sexsmith

PRIMAA (pronounced “PRE-MA”) is a non-profit that supports the development and exhibition of media arts, primarily focused on film making in the Grande Prairie area of Alberta.
‘Ready, Set, Film!’ is our new group for people wanting to get out and shoot, meet new friends, and learn about cinematography. We gather once a month to work on different film projects as a group, and plan our next ideas.
Filming the beauty of Sexsmith during the holidays was the plan we all came up with during our first ‘Ready, Set, Film!’ gathering. The next month we headed out to Sexsmith and filmed for a few hours, giving our newer members a chance to learn about the three different cameras we brought and filming for an easy editing process.
Our second gathering was a huge success!
Shooting this video with three different cameras, 6 different cinematographers, and a million different ideas, was what made our day such a blast! Our talented drone expert went out later that night to capture the stunning lights at sunset, while our dedicated editor worked on the project for days, so much hard work went in to this project and we hope you all enjoy the peaceful and calming aesthetic of Sexsmith!
