People started to give into new trends and Styles changed, tricks changed, but Ronnie kept it real trick and style wise.....which is a much harder thing to give. Skateboarding doesn't just love u, Skateboarding considers you one of the greats
This will forever be one of the best skateboard video parts.. ronnie creager is unbelievably talented. Also a super nice guy, was lucky enough to have a convo with him once. Very cool, very down to earth.
That is awesome that he is so good switch that you couldn't tell if he was goofy or regular. I think Ronnie Creager is as close to an ambidextrous skater as anyone has gotten. The best part is the end with the frontside tailslide 270 with heelflip out, then he's like "Oh by the way, I can do that switch as well." That is amazing.
That’s funny. I’ve probably watched this on TH-cam 20-30 times, yeah. That’s the beauty of skate videos- like a good album, you can revisit them again and again
Wow! I remember when I was younger I had this video. And I wasn't really into tech stuff, so this was probably my least favorite part in the video. I actually remember being actively unimpressed and wondering why he was in the video. HAHA Oh how naive I was! This part is so amazing!
Such a naturally calm upper body even when he's locked into unusually long slides and grinds, a talent that really separates the men from the boys, stylewise.
Kids today don't respect the legends like Ronnie who helped shape skating into what it is. Growing up he was and still is one of my all time favorites. He has to be one of the most underrated skaters out there. Its kind of bullshit that most companies won't pick him up, he is a beast. Got to give props to BLIND for always having his back.
creager has been rippin for so long and has always been amazing at skating he is one man that deserves alot from the skate world and whoever disliked this basically dislikes skateboarding because he is a legend!
Hmmmmm...I must be the exception to the rule because I first saw this part when i first picked up a board back in 2005, I was about 11 years old.....now I'm almost 18. Ronnie was one of my favorite skaters back then, and is one of my all-time favorites today. Ronnie Creager 4 life!
sick tricks by creager! backside tailslide double kickflip out (1:43-1:46) kickflip backside tailslide 270 out (2:23-2:27) nollie heel frontside tailslide 270 out (2:52-2:56) nollie frontside tailslide 270 heelflip out (3:28-3:30) and the tailslide flip outs at the end damn, that's amazing!:O
@mattmadla Never too late to come back man. I'm 26 and I started skating again about a year ago after a long on and mostly off 7 years. I am progressing and still having fun! Skateboarding always takes you back. : )
God, how did we skate in those boots. But it was like fluffy pillows for your feet. Or it was completely covered in Shoe Goo and duct tape, no in-between
usually when you watch a skate video, no matter how good the skater is at switch, you'll see a sketchy switch trick or a trick so hard that it had to be in their normal stance, and it lets you know what stance they are. i actually had to look up ronnie creager's stance because he is so good at skating. that's the only time ive ever done that... EVER! great part, great song. creager kills it.
anyone knows the title & artist of the first song (starting at 0:00) ? Google says it is Early Talent by Zoeangel but I can't find such a song anywhere...
@TheUndeadParadise: That's cool dude. I know not all kids now a days are like that, but most are. Its cool that some kids know who he is and appreciate what he has done for skateboarding.
yeas he will be there and allready was because its today and its evening lol... i was on the competition over 13 it was cool with a new street course :D
people that don't skateboard just don't truly understand how much talent this guy has.
I've seen this sooo many times but it's still overwhelming how good it is. It's insane.
People started to give into new trends and Styles changed, tricks changed, but Ronnie kept it real trick and style wise.....which is a much harder thing to give. Skateboarding doesn't just love u, Skateboarding considers you one of the greats
I met Ronnie today at a demo. He's such a nice guy and such a legendary skateboarder. Man it felt...no it was an honor to meet him. :)
a present during '85 changed his life . beautifulll . the first few clips was majestic
This will forever be one of the best skateboard video parts.. ronnie creager is unbelievably talented. Also a super nice guy, was lucky enough to have a convo with him once. Very cool, very down to earth.

280,000+ views with 900 likes. This means each of us watched this video roughly 30x. Sounds accurate on my part
That’s funny. I’ve probably watched this on TH-cam 20-30 times, yeah.
That’s the beauty of skate videos- like a good album, you can revisit them again and again
THis dude will NEVER get old! hes like 30 + and still improving his skateboarding, *RESPECT!
Wow! I remember when I was younger I had this video. And I wasn't really into tech stuff, so this was probably my least favorite part in the video. I actually remember being actively unimpressed and wondering why he was in the video. HAHA

He has the smoothest style out of any skater out there. Even to this day.
Such a naturally calm upper body even when he's locked into unusually long slides and grinds, a talent that really separates the men from the boys, stylewise.
Yes, absolutely.
He and Jason Lee in his day. So smooth

I don't care how much skating evolves, this guy will always be one of the best. He's a skating Jedi!

Incredible style, some of the hardest tricks were done effortlessly.
This is a great example of why rc has one of the most unique styles in skateboarding...plus his enders are insane

creager has been rippin for so long and has always been amazing at skating he is one man that deserves alot from the skate world and whoever disliked this basically dislikes skateboarding because he is a legend!

There's a reason this man's name was plastered everywhere in the ccs mailorder catalogs that I would take to school with me in the early 2000's.
@mattmadla Never too late to come back man. I'm 26 and I started skating again about a year ago after a long on and mostly off 7 years. I am progressing and still having fun! Skateboarding always takes you back. : )
not only does he do insane tricks, but he lands them cleaner than any other street skater
Ronnie creager is underrated he's one of the first flip in flip out guys.
one other thing that impresses me with Creager is how little he wobbles during manuals, switch or reg, he keeps them steady....
wow no matter how old this is that was sooooooo sick!
everything he does is so clean
@pastrana362 The Dandy Warhols - The Last High is the name of the song :)
He's sponsored by tensor too which has Rodney Mullen and Daewon song in it. Blind isn't only the one who has his back now :)
So good and so smooth. I can't believe people downvoted this
killin it... so smooth and so underrated... homies didn't belive me when I said ronnie creager did the bs Tail to bs 270 kick flip out before pudwill

One of the smoothest best skaters since Marc Johnson!
Creager is always my fav
I love to see this video-part Ronnie is my favorite
yeas he will be there and allready was because its today and its evening lol... i was on the competition over 13 it was cool with a new street course :D
Creager has owned since 'Life in the Fast Lane' (TSA).
holy crap that last trick was switch, almost didn't even notice
iam 25, and i used to skate, the reason why i "used" to, is because he had talent, where as millions of ppl dont, period!
in my opinion one of the best enders
I don't know how he can do the last trick...
It's unbeliveable, his switch tail 360 heel out is better than his normal one
Those bump to grass gaps are so sick.
hey they must have changed the song on fuel tv because his part is its just a sound by sounder i saw the vid on there
