interesting and helpful - 1/10th of a tsp in a ball is about 0.3-0.5 gram of each per day. this dosage makes much more sense and sounds after than what I've heard elsewhere. people talk about taking 1/2tsp of neem powder in water a day, which still sounded a bit too strong.
Hello Irene: and thanks for the good explanation about Neem & Turmeric! I did prepared the balls, but: How many balls in a day should I TAKE? Should I have normal breakfast? Light breakfast with fruits? It’s will be possible arrange a consultation with you by Internet? Please I really need your sugestión. I am Carmen from Australia 😊
Hello Carmen from Australia. Lovely to meet you. I highly recommend talking to your health care practitioner about this. You should eat one turmeric ball and one Neem ball on an empty stomach wtih some warm honey water. But again, pls talk to your health care provider first. Thank you for your question, Carmen! :)
Neem is extremely bitter so it saves your palette when you gulp it in a ball form. Otherwise it’s ok to take it in its original form if you can handle the bitterness.
Hi Irene. I just stumbled on your video. Do you mind recommending a brand for the tumeric and the neem powders? Also, how many balls can one possibly make from a teaspoon of the powder? Thanks.
I have tried this, it works fantastically, however………….. the side-effect I had was every night for a month I had the same re-occurring dream 💭 about a snowman who committed suicide with a hairdryer 🥴🤷♂️
Why cant we get straight answers?? How long can you take this safely? They are claiming that long term use can be very dangerous! So once again, how long can this be taken safely??? 🤦
Hello Maria, thank you for your question. It’s best to speak with your personal health care practitioner about this. This might vary from person to person depending on the situation. I hope this helped. ❤️❤️❤️
Seriously? What health care practitioner is going to support taking any natural products especially one such as Neem? I am not understanding how you can make claims on a product without addressing how it can be safely consumed? @@Ireneathanasiou

Question for you: can we take the neem and turmeric in some water and drink it? Why do we have to make balls out of them? Honest and curious question.
Neem is extremely bitter so it saves your palette when you gulp it in a ball form. Otherwise it’s ok to take it in its original form if you can handle the bitterness.
Can we mix both turmic and neem then make balls
Can I just mix all in water and drink
Can you keep the tumeric balls in the fridge for a few days?? I can't make it everyday. Thank you for your video
yes you can :)
@@Ireneathanasiou Thanks for your response
If I’m weight lifting and muscle bulking and on a high protein diet and testosterone boosters, should I consume this?
