In my childhood, I used to prepare quick version of Kulfi recipe made with khoya or condensed milk. Later I came to know about the traditional method of preparing kulfi and occasionally I do use this method to make kulfi.Kulfi made this way with rabri tastes too good and you cannot compare it with the kulfi you get outside. Kulfi is best described as Indian-style ice cream. However, unlike ice cream, kulfi is not churned. This is a fantastic summer dessert. This is a quick and easy version of kulfi. I almost never make kulfi the old way any more.
