Does he have carbonation and could you bottle the beer to make more

It carbonates during the brewing and conditioning phase. There is no post-carbonation phase with extra sugar. You could pour this beer into bottles and make more. You would need to pasteurize for a longer shelf-life if required. Otherwise I’d suggest drinking within a week.
