I always thought these were weird because there’s nothing around them despite them being downtown. They’re really car-oriented. The buildings themselves are nice, but I wish they were integrated into a neighborhood fabric.
I always tell potential buyers that this is not walkable to much. With the new Riverfront being completed, it's more walkable than in the past. But, it's certainly not convenient to many things.
I completely agree. Unfortunately, there is nothing new in the works at the moment. I'm hoping that changes but developers seem to be more interested in building apartments than condos.
