Could you possibly review any of these condos for me? Old Market Lofts, Breaker apartments, Bull Durham, L14 & L15 lofts, The Bank, NICO, Tip Top, HighLine , Midtown Crossing or my personal favorite Skinner Macaroni lofts?? Atlas or Brickline @ the Merchantile as bonus reviews?
I will try to do more tours soon. Just an FYI, all the ones you mentioned other than Midtown Crossing are rentals. I try to focus my tours on condos that you can buy.
Great condo, great views, great work out room.
Thanks for the recommendation! The all wood floors are a must for me.
The best workout room of all the condos in Omaha. Although, Riverfront Place has a workout room with the best view if that's what you're into. :)
Nice
There beautiful...I just have to wishful think
Gorgeous atrium. I liked the way you included the history of the building. I don't see a lot of that when browsing TH-cam walkthroughs.
Nice. But they need to build more high rises with pools on the roof (enclosed) with weight room, work out, and party room on top floor

What does a 2 bedroom cost if your disabled

“If you are a resident, you wouldn’t enter through the front doors, you would park and take the elevator” is exactly why I will never live in Omaha 😂
lol thats a good point why have front doors then
Unless you work downtown, downtown is nothing but a crap hole. Nothing but crime, homeless people and terrible parking situation
