I know the recipe of chicken popcorn.. here is the recipe of it. 1.Cut chicken in bite size pieces. 2.add 1Tbsp.of Soy sauce, 3.add 1/2 Cup of Cornflour, 4.add 1Egg to the chicken and mix. 5.for seasoning flour use 1 cup of flour, 1tsp of salt and add 1 tbsp of paprika flowwed by some pepper. Cooking time 3-5for soft 8-10 for crunchy and put it in low heat.

Red stuff served with Ćevapi is called Ajvar (pronounced: eye-var) and you can find it at just about any balkan convenience store!! Also Sarme are made best with pickled/sour cabbage that you can pretty much find at any grocery store produce section. That way you can skip having to blanche a whole cabbage, and you get the sour flavour directly from the sour cabbage and don’t need to use sauerkraut. Hope this helps. 😃
The red thing on the side is called "ajvar". It is a sort of a mixed pepper, onion and seasoning kind of spread, dip, condiment or however you prefer it. It tastes kind of sour, tiny bit nippy and many people like it on the Balkans, but i dont. Apparently good with ćevapi haha
