I concur. Japanese folk are also very kind in service. If you are good to them, they are good to you. In America they can be standoffish where I live, but I just smile at them and we get on well from there.

My favorite ramen ive had in Japan, and I just happened to stumble upon this place randomly. I thought it was better than even the Michelin starred one I went to.
I watch every youtuber who try that Famous Devil Ramen and so far you and Mark Wiens are the only youtuber finish the whole bowl! I mean who clear the whole soup! You are amazing! Btw how’s your stomach after this? 🙂

lol when I was looking at the ordering machine I was like.... wait I've seen this before..... turns out it was the same ramen joint i went to. I remember me fearing the spiciness being too much for me, so I racked up the blue spice instead and got extra noodles and double extra pork. That was honestly one heck of a meal.....

I noticed the reaction you had as you were eating but when you were done & walking outside, your expression really showed just how hot that ramen was.
