This definitely seems like a good alternative to a generator. Just seriously curious as to how expensive this is. I can definitely can see more mobile food trucks going on these directions!
Yes, indeed. The battery system is a little more expensive, but in the long run it is a better investment. You will not have any maintenance expense at all. No wear and tear. See more information here: concessionnation.com/learn/product-details/battery-system-powered-food-trucks/
I look into adding batteries to my home's solar panel system, and the batteries are similar in size, I would say about 10-12K easy for that setup if not more. Just check out Tesla power ball, a setup for a home is about 9-10K plus the installation is another 1K. It looks like a great option for places like CA where they are looking at banning all gas engines but I wonder how long the break even point is compared to a generator.
@@ConcessionNationInc Beautiful set up. I've got me a trailer built already, but, I like the battery powered settings. I'll give you a call soon to discuss the quote of such a setup. Thanks!. A Marc Celestin

It's definitely a long term cost vs upfront investment scenario and I am very interested

You left out one important detail. Charging. Will solar panels on top keep those batteries charged?
Very professional!.
Randomly, how much would cost such a set up?.
