I do believe Brian, if you were to honesty, fill out a résumé of all your talents, it would take a prospective employer all day to read it. I thought your house building barn building and Garage building we’re quite unique and now you show us that you can build boats. Take care and God bless. 🇨🇦✌️
It is a traditionally built boat with White Oak ribs and White Pine planking, and copper fastenings. I chose white pine because it was growing in our property. It is a little heavier then cedar but for a boat that doesn't live in the water it's fine.
Thanks Brian, its always good to watch your video's, I know its a big job [especially when you are building by yourself] keep them coming.
Thanks for the nice comment. On to the front wall and installing windows up high.

Now just the tall front wall to contend with. Thanks for watching.
Great job !
Do you think I'll get it done before the snow flies? Even I can't answer that. Thanks for watching.
that is so impressive!
Glad my wife didn't see me at the top of the ladder. It's always nice to back down onto the ground safely. Thanks for watching.
Sheathing looks great. Really like the angled bits. Like you say it should help with the strength some.
Thanks for sharing
I wasn't sure how the diagonal siding would look, but even I think it adds to the building. Thanks for taking the time to watch.

Doug your the only one so far that has made a comment on the boat. You should have seen how dirty it was now it's clean we can actually get to use it.
@@BrianBozak I will have to admit it is a beautiful boat. Is it cedar strip or did you use hardwood.
