I have Rijeka, but at 4:35 in the video, that screen NEVER pops up for me and it doesn't allow me to include the pontic or waxup in the plateless model design. Why?? It's driving me insane.

Try changing to waxup model, NOT plate less model

Hi I am trying to do a wax up for 4 anterior crowns, so that I can make the shell crowns for day of tooth preparation. The existing teeth are too big so some reduction will be required. I cant find a way to prep the teeth on exocad so that the waxup fits over the top. What method should I start with? Waxup model -> Use waxed up model in 'Eggshell Temporaries'?

Eggshell is one way. It will create preps that will be inline with the existing teeth. You can also use Waxup and reduce the overlapping teeth with adjust/edit scan data.

Use the eggshell crown workflow. You can prep the preop and make crowns at the same time
