    but how cortical plate able to expanse ? it is hard tissu isn't it ?

    • @msdentallectures7408

      it is there in the video...you will get it if you watch complete video...anyhow, bone undergoes resorption inside due to cyst enlargement and subperiosteal bone deposition occurs outside...that is how cortical plate expands

    Hello sir , sir what is the difference between Unicentric and Unilocular?

    • @msdentallectures7408
      @msdentallectures7408  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      unicentric is single site of origin of a tumour ....unilocular is radiographic appearance of a radiolucent area without any loculations

    Sir we know that any lesion to spread it takes least resistance pathway but here we see that expansion of buccal cortical plate rather than lingual plate which is thin than buccal plate why sir

    • @msdentallectures7408
      @msdentallectures7408  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No.... buccal cortical plate is thinner than the lingual or palatal cortical plate except in mandibular 2nd and third molar region due to bony buttressing provided by external oblique ridge in that region
