    Seeing Walt get put in handcuffs and read his rights was a truly surreal moment after 5 seasons of him getting away with everything

    • @snowarmth
      @snowarmth 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I love how that's what is surreal, when we've seen the guy do amazing things like remove a ziptie handcuff or create a fulminate mercury bomb. It's the most grounding thing that is so surprising, strange and chilling.
      It really feels like one is looking through Walt's perspective in that moment.

    Hank was such a great character, the actor did an awesome job. Hank was very relentless when it came to catching drug dealers and criminals. Blood, bullets, wrath of God, that's what made Hank.

    • @alyssarichardson2544
      @alyssarichardson2544 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      truly a great performance, kinda like Janice from The Sopranos, when Hank got domed I was so happy, a DEA pig's obsession led him to a shallow grave (if only that happened more irl). It's truly a mark of great acting when an actor can make you genuinely hate the character :) Dean Norris and Aida Turturro really nailed the love-to-hate element :)

    This is one of those episodes that are just so much better watching for the second or third time because the context of what happens after actually improves it instead of spoiling/ruining a good episode. Other shows with poor writing quality in later seasons, lack of pay off or just straight up terrible endings don’t have that same feeling, looking at you HIMYM and GoT

      Never realized how dumb they were to show up with only two man when arresting the man who killed Gus in a nursing home with a bomb and had 12 prisoners killed at the same time, Walt could have easily shown up with that M60 a bit earlier in the season and ended the show there for they all knew, good thing he was actually unarmed and alone.

      @@maybetomorrownewmaker one of the main themes of the show was that Hank consistently underrated Walt.

    Hey Kino, these videos are great and I can't believe you're able to crank out one of these every day this month and keep the quality at the same standard you have always had. Loving this series as much as I loved the Sopranos series. Thanks for doing this, you're obviously a real fan and a talented creator. Keep it up and I can't wait to find out what the next series will be!

    Pretty ironic that the phone call probably was good enough as a confession to arrest Walt without the money. Then again, I'm sure there's some lawyers like Saul who can throw its credibility into the trash in court so maybe not lol.
