"Mujhay Qabool Nahin" delves into the lives of two sisters, Mashaal and Maira, who find themselves bound by their father's decision to marry them to their cousins, Arsalan and Salman. Maira, an ambitious young woman, strives to balance her professional aspirations while taking on her mother's responsibilities. However, her relationship with Salman, an arrogant and inept individual, proves to be a constant source of conflict.
Amidst Maira's professional life, Atir Ahmed, the son of her boss, becomes captivated by her charm and expresses his desire to marry her. Despite Atir's advances, Maira steadfastly rejects his proposals, valuing her commitment to Salman and the marriage arranged by her father.
Driven by her love for her sister and the desire to save Mashaal's relationship with Arsalan, Maira makes numerous sacrifices, even at the cost of her own happiness. As a result, she is forced to part ways with Atir, leaving their future together uncertain.
Will Salman recognize his mistakes and learn from them? Can Atir and Maira overcome the obstacles and find a way to be together despite the circumstances? What will become of Mashaal and Arsalan’s relationship?

One of the best dramas in recent times. All three lead characters portrayed their roles superbly. Sami Khan was a very believable villain. And so was the father who lost his whole family. Congratulations to Madiha Imam at her wedding.

This was such a beautiful story. Ahsan Khan is one of the finest actors of Pakistan. Both Madiha Imam and Ahsan were amazing. The whole cast was, Love the ending too. Each dialogue was delivered so beautifully in the last conversation between Madiha, the husband and the father in lawe. Just because culture has been making women do certain things doesn't mean it is what's the right thing. Violence and abuse are the things for which no relationship is worth... Brilliant performances. NOTOCHILDMARRIAGE
Sami Khan is a very talented actor. He killed with his acting as Villian and the all 3 lead characters play a very good role. They are very talented. Love this drama.

I think this show needed just one more episode to show some cute, wholesome moments between Atir and Maira. Just to bring out the contrast between Maira's life with Salman and her new life with Atir.
The writers could have trimmed the show by 10 episodes, because somewhere in between the plot didn't move forward well - kept going around in circles. But I guess, the main theme of the show was not to show a love story between Atir and Maira but to depict Maira's journey - from a voiceless person surrounded by her own family to a strong woman determined to remove the shackles of an abusive and forced marriage all alone.
Madiha Imam's acting was subtle and Maira's trauma was so beautifully and genuinely portrayed by her; ably supported by the entire cast! ♥♥
Kudos to to the makers for highlighting a sensitive issue - something that is, sadly, still prevalent in South Asian culture. Women being forced and coerced to keep their marriages intact at all costs!
