learning Aerial Silks

No garage gym is complete without a set of silks.
My talented friend @ladylippincott has been generous in teaching me some basic moves I can practice with my silks.
I think I have forgotten more than I remembered. It's SO HARD! But I'm so grateful to have some proper instruction and guidance.
