Actually needed to hear someone telling me to keep going today, I was so excited after my session with my coach last week as we went up a gear in my lateral work to a higher level of movements and I was buzzing and full of confidence and couldn't wait to share the good news....and then I got to my session tonight to be told by my coach that I will only have two sessions left with him as he is leaving on the 19th (no session next week as he's at badminton) I just feel so crushed and my anxiety has shot through to roof worrying about the new coach and all the what if's my stupid brain can imagine...devastated and deflated 😢 Thanks for sharing your journey Tash! 💜
