Excellent real-world example of SPC use in Coca Cola. Well done Datalyzer for bringing Statistics out of the theoretical world and into the practical world. ILSSI is on a mission to educate business leaders on use of Lean and Six Sigma principles, tools and techniques and we are delighted to see Datalyzer making such a wonderful educational video. Datalyzer are an official sponsor of the ILSSI 2021 Conference in Manchester, England.
A great implementation of real value chain.....ups and rolls high end and the lowering edges lesser variant thus increase in profitability is the crux of endless consumer attachment a high affiliation hence psychometry.
I'm confused, the example at 8 mins of out of control is not out of control at all. The upper and lower control limits are so far away from the data being produced that these limits cannot be correct, can someone explain please...I hope these are not specification limits....

You are correct these are fixed limits, not specification limits.
