Only three stakeholders are getting benefitted from this price hike -land owners ,builders ,broker companies the demand is just a bubble ,flat khatam nhi honge ,builders ke flats aaj bhi khali hai ,market tab samjh aati hai jab as an individual aap koi flat bechne jaate hai suddenly, woh project purana ho jata hai ,demand kam ho jaati hai aur locality under developed ho jaati hai -real estate investment is only for end users investors ko sirf land me hi invest krna chaiye.

You are a sales agency/ Broker but sound like "I know it all Preacher", it sounds regressive and funny.
