A big part of her appeal was her effortless, innocent, sweet sound. If she had her voice now back then, I don't think I would've been a fan. That doesn't mean her voice now isn't awesome because it is. Her old voice just speaks to me on a different level. ❤

I was getting so used to thick Brandy this threw me off just a tad I was all here for it though and the fact that she's got braces and she sings with her braces now and I find that weird when people sing like they have braces and they sing with them so their mouth moves differently and as a singer I'm like it's just the same as if you have false or dentures and I'm like sing as you normally sing the reason they placed them there is not to change your mouth just straighten your teeth

Now this is how u do a rerelease. The nostalgia is real and I'm sitting here tearing up watching this masterpiece. 23 year old man and I'm still obsessed with this film. Brandy is still the best and she still got it, still my favorite female singer ever. Lost it when she came out in the dress shes so beautiful, Todrik is a genius with his work and sure knows how to put on a great show. And the cameo of fellow cast members at the end definitely was gold. I'm watching this soon as Possible now that it's on Diney Plus.

I was unable to get through this without crying whilst singing along! This movie gave me some of the best moments of my childhood! It gave me a connection with my bio mom that I’ll forever be thankful for! It allowed me to believe that my brown skin and braids could be beautiful during a time when that wasn’t the norm. I spent so long trying to change everything I thought made me look more “black,” I straightened my hair and wore what all my white friends were wearing! This movie gave me hope that someday I could be a princess too and win the prince’s heart!

It took Disney too long to put the black Cinderella up on Disney+ Brandy is so underrated as Cinderella let’s be honest the songs on there was immaculate
It had to do with contracts and negotiations. So happy everything was worked out so I can watch it again!

This Medley is beautifully done. Todrick is a very talented and creative individual(loved the Wizard of Ahhs he did with Pentatonix) And to have Brandy there to reprise her role made me squeal with delight. not to mention having the whole original minus the two that have since left us was magically to any one who loved the original movie
I cant imagine how painful it is for her to go down memory lane without two of the vital actors.
