  • Singapore Chili crab recipe ,one of the most popular Asian dishes in restaurants, is modified here with more simpler affordable seafood, prawns which are very easy to handle at home without any significant change in taste.
    The signature sauce in this dish is spicy sweet and so luscious that it makes the perfect dish to serve together with steamed rice 🍚.
    Ingredients 📝
    ▪️Prawns 300 g
    ▪️Mild Red Chili 5 pcs
    ▪️Half Onion
    ▪️Garlic 5 cloves
    ▪️Ginger 1 tbsp
    ▪️Ketchup 3 tbsp
    ▪️Sugar 1 tbsp
    ▪️Cornstarch 1 tbsp
    ▪️1 egg
    ▪️Red Bean curd 1 tbsp
