To all people who love Jamaica. Do you know German band Goombay Dance? Jamaican immigrants to Germany. They sing about the beauty of their country - very popular in 1970s in Germany and now forgotten. It's time to dig them out again - you'll be listening and listening it again and again. "Son of Jamaica" is the one I love the most, but all of them are simply great. Let me know if you agree with me.
Jamaica, land I love. First went there 6 years ago to do my Bob Marley pilgrimage. 6 years on, I've made 7 trips and married a Jamaican woman. Jamaica, island like no other.

Love my country... I remember my Grandpa's coffee plantation in Content Gap, St. Andrew. He had his little old cars and trucks as well. Didn't understand how hard he worked with his employees until I watched this because as a child , going to harvest coffee was an adventure for me... making memories, learning the roads, being outside in nature was all I craved back then. Miss those adventures so much and I misssssss my papa every single day. Thanks for this beautiful documentary. I have so many places in Jamaica that I need to go back to explore. ONE LOVE MY PEOPLE.

I love this documentary.. I hope and pray that the young man working with his grandfather actually has the chance to grow his grandfather's business by far! The blood sweat and tears they put into that coffee business has to pay off in the long run. His family wants him to come to America and I'm sure he could come to the states and excel tremendously!! His work ethic alone says a lot and speaks volumes of who he is going to be in the future, as a grown man! But ultimately he should stay home in Jamaica and make his grandfather proud and expand his business I don't know how old this documentary is, but by now I'm sure he has tapped into his business ethics and social media which can make you rich these days!! Overall this was a great documentary which went into the things that we don't see in the media about Jamaica.

The first thing that cones to my mind by the mere mentioned of Jamaica as a country is music. Their lively music and dancing , its ba happy culture no matter their economic circumstances is.
I love the people of Jamaica 🇯🇲. Ingenuity drives their everyday ambitions, whether for business, music or other endeavors in life in all pursuit of happiness. I've been blessed to know Jamaicans 🙏🏽 and they have messages of hope, never giving up, peace, love, unity, and one love. Such a diverse nation. I will always love this island of hardworking people who have uplifting Reggae and Dancehall music and a culture unique I can't refuse it! Ya man, love and respect 🙏🏽 from România 🇷🇴
Finally- A Jamaican documentary that shows and tells it like it really is. With all that tourist cash flowing you'd think the government would alleviate the desperate situation so many are in. At least they lightened up on the herb and quit arresting half the population for nothing. Now share some of that new weed wealth with those most in need. Small business loans anyone?
I just LOVE this series. All the countries shown with horrendous roads have one thing in common... the only thing holding the vehicles together is habit!
That little Blue Mountain 'Zuke' will never truely quit nor be finished. As with the spirits of grandfather and grandson it will always continue down the trail by the old Master's hands.
Thank you for capturing the visual beauty of the land and people of Jamaica in such an engaging way it revealed how joy and jeopardy were great friends of the island.
I love this scene and the coping strategies. I wish I went to Jamaica for a mere visit. It looks much like Sierra Leone; the peaceful loving nature and humility is very exceptional. If you have the opportunity prove me wrong or right.
Very inspirational, I hope someone that have it can donate a vehicle to the old man with his grandson, man that Suzuki is on its last final leg, but they still push on🙏🏽
15:45 False. Many Jamaicans DO NOT struggle to eat. Almost every yard in Jamaica have a fruit tree unlike Europe or America. If they don't have one free fruit is nearby somewhere. And families will help. Only a small percentage in the city area don't have open access to free food. I live in the rural part. I have many free fruits around my area. I catch fresh fish when I want and roast it right there.

Love my country Jamaica🇯🇲!
Work hard with all we've got!
You love Jamaica really you have no ambition what do u love the bad roads the low minimum wage your government don't ever care to bring it up for me I love America and I'm glad I moved to America for a better life Jamaica is a real shitty 💩 🤮 county Jamaica ain't getting any better it's getting worse every time glad I made the right move and now I'm making good life in USA America 🙏🇺🇲❤️😊🇺🇲 I'm happy.
If the rest of the world were more like the Lovley Jamaica, it would be a better place ❤
This is one of the most beautiful documentaries I have seen in a while! VERY WELL DONE!!
Bless up, I love Romania....
From Kenya was love and greetings. Sure to visit our brother country soon.
Mko huku
Am from Ghana n I heard the maroons king said a word in my language he said akwaaba means welcome , that’s ashanti in Ghana
Hard working Jamaicans, never complain.
Love from another Jamaican.
Desperate people are easy to make promises to. And more likely to vote while ignorant.
Much love we Africans love jamaicans ,❤️
Thanks. We love mama Africa more than anything in this world ❤❤❤. Blessings.
Damn I’d like to help that father and son get a new Jeep! They totally deserve a Range Rover!
Toyota is more reliable.
I would like to help too
I'd love to help too if anyone can find out how to contact them
So do I
White savior complex disorder. Fools

I love Jamaica 100% and I will be visiting on December 18 2022. Yeah man.
I am a proud Jamaican love from NYS.
Am from Zambia and how I would love to visit Jamaica
Awesome documentary. Through thick and thin we are resilient.
Very inspirational, I hope someone that have it can donate a vehicle to the old man with his grandson, man that Suzuki is on its last final leg, but they still push on🙏🏽

False.
Agreed 👍🏾
Few people struggle to eat in Jamaica, food is growing everywhere.
The translation is not all the way accurate sometimes but I’m happy to see you guys capture my amazing island. Thank you
It never is. I feel like when white ppl make these documentaries they write down what what they want to hear instead of what the native actually said.
whoaaaa... in my minds eye, I just clearly saw an awesome cooking pan WITH Bob's iconic face on it...just fuggin amazing!! This man is so wise and intelligent- I could listen to him for days.....Bless up rasta people!!❤💛💚❤💛💚❤💛💚❤
