    Nice video but if scalenes are tight/always tight stretching won’t work they’ll just tighten up straight away.
    Why are they getting so tight? Because you’re not breathing through your rib cage & they’re working as auxiliary breathing. Fix the breathing fix the scalenes. First rib mobilisation will be a must if this has been a chronic issue
