    I hope you never stop making TH-cam videos because you’re such an inspiration to me! You’re also the reason why I went vegan a couple of months ago :) thanks Hannah!

    I’ve been watching your videos for years!!! When I was a vegan and after when I became a vegetarian! I have one child and I love how down to earth and realistic you are!

    Those sister moments are truly priceless. I have a sister who lives far away, in a different country, and it's such a shame we can't spend more time together. But the reunions are always incredible! I'm glad you two manage to visit each other often :)

    So good. We have never given our 4 and 5 year old kiddos a screen, we usually just use coloring, toys, games, books and ‘quite time’ looking out the window when traveling 😊

    We travel a LOT with our 5 kids aged 10 and under and they never do screen time EXCEPT when we are on a plane! 😂 We don't bring a tablet or anything, they just use the screen in front of them, like 100% of the passengers! Since it's mainly the only time they have access to a screen, they are super excited about it and they are super chill even during super long flights! We always get praised about how well behaved, calm and polite they are! 😊

    This is kinda funny hearing no screens during travel. I never even thought about it because I have children that are grown. We did long car trips and had a bag of little toys we would bring out to entertain them. They always were excited to see what would come out of the bag❤

    Kids are to the point where they can't function without a device. Good JOb!

    Thank you for sharing your thoughts about traveling and screens with children. I’m 100% of the opinion that children do not need/should not have access to personal devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops). I mean, anyone who’s over the age of 25 knows what it’s like to grow up without these things 24/7. When I was little, screens during travel just wasn’t an option. One was lucky if they happened to show an in flight movie, but usually one wasn’t seated within view of the television. My mother did the same thing you did, packing special toys in a case for each of us kids. During car rides, we always had audiobooks and music to listen to. And my mother often had a book to read to us or some sort of easy game to play if we had to wait awhile at a restaurant or something. At home, tv wasn’t a regular thing. I think it’s so important for children to learn to amuse themselves. Boredom fuels creativity.

    I have no qualms about iPad use on a plane. We went from Scotland to Greece with our 3 year old. She watched Paw Patrol and Peppa Pig, ate her snacks, had a wee nap. Happy days. Travelling is tricky enough.

    Yep, car seats are extremely necessary, but like you, I hate them…. Such a pain buckling them in the car, and also buckling the kids in the seat, getting them in and out…….

    do you still have painful periods after learning so much about pain while giving birth? I was just wondering if roughly the same principles apply for period pain. I am struggling with extreme pains and looking for every way to ease them.

      Have you been checked out? Extremely painful periods sometimes indicates a problem. After delivering my first baby I never got painful period cramps again. Maybe some kind of nerve was damaged since I’ve had all C-sections.

    Have you ever considered seeing an orthodontist for your teeth/jaw? It looks painful. I know Ellen is being more mindful with her family about their jaw development/mouth breathing. But maybe your mouth doesn’t hurt or bother you.

      How does it look painful? We are all unique organisms.

    • @rachelm7359
      @rachelm7359 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s more than a slight variation, her teeth don’t close and she has to work really hard to talk around the teeth as they created a space. Underbites are notorious for causing TMJ. This is preventable if you don’t mouth breathe and or thumb suck as a child.
