Having known of its existence for a while, I decided to finally make the trip to go see this wonky 10v. Unsure why its horns are retracted like that but I suspect it has to do with its refurbishment. Dodge county sometimes does a double test which as you guys can tell I was not expecting to happen lol. Something in the county probably failed which is the reason why they do it most of the time. Enjoy!
